The property is very well maintained and the sleeping arrangements clean and very comfortable. The owner was quite responsive to all questions and there were no “surprises.” We were all very happy with our stay in this property.

We enjoy walking so the location was perfect for us. Each couple had their own area for privacy yet enough room to play cards or gather together in the evening. This is our second time at this property.

We had a great time in Nashville! There were 4 couples staying in this house and the space was perfect! The rooms were extremely comfortable and very accommodating. The main area of the house was perfect for all of us to hang out, play games, and share meals! I highly recommend this property. It was close to downtown and walking to the Farmers market. This was the perfect property for our group of 8. Everyone had an awesome room and we were so close to downtown it made the perfect launch point for all of our adventures. We loved the porches too! Rick was exceptional with communication and we didn’t lack a thing. This is a very special home and we loved it!

The house was very clean. Great for 4 couples. King beds and bathrooms for each couple. The common area was very nice. Quiet area and very comfortable. We used uber for all traveling. I would definitely recommend it for your stay in Nashville.

This property worked very well for our group of four couples. There are four large bedrooms, all with in suite showers and sinks. All suites had Keurig coffee machines. While we did not cook, the kitchen seemed well equipped. The property was in perfect shape and is convenient to the Germantown neighborhood and a short Uber to Broadway and entertainment district. Richard, the owner, was great to work with.

This house was lovely. It was so nice to have a bathroom with each room and a large sitting area. Since we were an older group, the stairs were sometimes a challenge, but having the large bedrooms made up for it. Nice downtown location.

Wow! Everything we needed for a five day stay for couples! Together but private. I loved the porch! Morning and night this was our hangout spot. Close enough to walk to broadway but a 5 dollar uber made that something we only did once. The thoughtfulness put into stocking this house was unsurpassed by any other rental we have stayed in. Thank you Richard for being at awesome host.

House is better than the pictures and very clean, Host Rick was so accommodating and always responded immediately. House is stocked with all the necessities, I especially love having the shower products provided. Comfortable fun place for girls weekend. The rooms are set up as if your in a private hotel suite. Loved it!!

This home was spectacular !! The owner was a breeze to work with ! A stay with friends and family was very comfortable and the house was spacious and had everything needed for our stay , I would highly recommend and would definitely rebook for another vacation

The house was amazing! We will definitely rent this house again when we go back to Nashville. The owner responded quickly every time we had a question. We gathered on the porch every morning for coffee. Monells was a great experience we would definitely go back there. We also rented lime scooters to go downtown. The red room was our favorite. Every room was a master suite plus. Perfect for couples!

3 couples stayed here and you couldn’t ask for a better place! It was very comfortable and everyone had their own privacy. We walked downtown and also explored the park/Farmers Market. I think we all agree that we would come back in a heartbeat!

Spring break get away for me, a school teacher/coach, my wife, cousin, aunt from San Diego. House is perfect, great location and exactly what our group needed. Will definitely try and book here again in the future.

Our group of 8 (4 couples) wanted a house that allowed all of us to have our separate space but have a common area to hang out together. This house had this and more. Each King suite is incredible. The beds are super comfy. This house checks all the boxes.

This is a fantastic home! Comfy beds, quality linens and towels. Super clean. They have truly thought of everything you could need. Rooms have kurig coffee makers with pods and creamers, which was so appreciated. Close to downtown. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Rick for yr hospitality!

The house was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything to make our stay memorable. The king bed bedrooms are individual retreats. I contacted the owner with a question and got an immediate response. I highly recommend this great location house

Our group (4 couples) had a wonderful 3-day stay. The house exceeded our expectations and was in a nice area. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect house for 4 - 60 year old couples. 4 King Suites. Clean and easy access. Short walk to Farmers Market - excellent variety of food and shop vendors. Neighbors Bar and Germantown Pub were short walks for food and drink. Short Uber ride to Broadway. Everything was great for our needs.If you leave Broadway on a Saturday night walk 3-4 blocks away for pickup. Had big problems getting a ride from the nightlife area due to crowds and closed off roads. Other than that, a fabulous weekend!

Great location just outside of downtown, and an easy (15-20min) walk to Broadway. Very quiet neighborhood. Loved that everyone had plenty of space and super comfy beds. Home was immaculate and well stocked with all we needed. Will absolutely recommend to anyone who plans a trip to Music City.

Very nice property! Clean & well-equipped with necessities! It was perfect for 4 couples whether we wanted to spend time together in the common area and porches, or wanted privacy in our individual suites !! The 4 suites were awesome!!! The house was 2 blocks to the Farmers Market which we loved and close to downtown as well.

My husband and I along with three other couples spent a long weekend at the house. The description on the website is on point! The host allowed us to place our luggage in his storage area since we arrived early and went for breakfast before leaving. The house was a perfect size for us to each have our own space but also gather together at times. We tried the one restaurant the host recommended for breakfast,Monell’s. It was so good we went back again the next day. Next time we’ll have to try their lunch! I would definitely recommend staying here. Quick Uber ride to Broadway or if you’re up for a nice walk that isn’t too bad! Nice quiet neighborhood.

It was a beautiful house in a great location. It's perfect for 4 couples. It had 4 big bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The house was very clean upon arrival. The Host was very helpful and responded to my questions quickly. We want to come back!

Perfect for our group of 4 couples. Everyone has their own bedroom/bathroom. The balcony was our meet up and hang out area. The walk was a little longer than some of us would have liked but doable and Ubers were usually about $8. Owner has thought of everything from coffee and snacks to umbrellas on the front porch. He was very responsive and helpful. Able to sneak us in a little early too.
