Great two-bedroom place! The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious with plenty of hot water. It’s not quite close enough to campus to walk, but I’d definitely stay here again if I had the chance. I really liked this place!.

Great communication with host. Very clean apartment with lovely attention to detail related to decor and amenities. Loved the cozy throws, plush towels, ice ready in the freezer, good lighting.

This was the perfect place for four adults on an OSU Baseball Super Regional trip. Great location and easy to get to. We would stay again!

Very nice and comfortable.

This is a great little place. The beds were very comfy, the decor was updated and nice, the place was spotless. The bathroom is big enough for 2 people to get ready at the same time. The kitchen is small but well appointed for the space. We planned on this and had room for our needs. I loved the access to extra bedding. The check-in process was easy and check-out was low stress. We enjoyed our stay!

I get down to Corvallis periodically with a friend to watch Beaver games (football, baseball, basketball), and we generally stay in a hotel downtown. We won't do that again now that we discovered Mary's property. It was more economical and much more comfortable to stay in. The property was immaculate and offered the 2 of us plenty of room to relax before and after the game. This will be the first place we check when looking for a place to stay when we visit Corvallis in the future.

Close enough to campus to drive back and forth!

We spent two nights in this cozy spot for parents’ weekend. Mary provided great communication and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We had a great time!

Needed a place to stay after the OSU-Oregon game. Place was as advertised. Newly redone interior which was nicely furnished and had all the amenities required for the group.

It was a very nice little apartment. Very clean and comfortable. I do think the steps need to be cleared of blocks at the top and better lighting.

Did the job for family of 4 spot before OSU move in. Nice furnishings and use of space to create kitchen, laundry, double vanity bathroom. Be aware no dining table. AC kept it cool. No noise issues.

To be clear, this property is lovely, clean, and wonderfully decorated just as shown in the photos. As a converted cellar, the design is smart and understandable. The ceilings are lower and door frames are made to those proportions. This is the polite way of saying my 6’5 husband had to duck through every doorway and hit his head a few times. In addition, it lists kitchen as an amenity, however, it is definitely a kitchenette. That is on the listing but it is down further and easy to miss. The other complication is the dog “friendly” aspect. We have a rescue who goes everywhere with us, he is a member of our family. We rented this space because it was listed as pet friendly. The policies around the pets are many, which is absolutely the right of the owner and management. It felt restrictive and limiting. There is no yard or outdoor space and the space inside is roughly 500 square feet. However, not allowing dogs into the bedroom and asking that they stay off carpeting and furniture leaves them very little room to navigate. We all ended up feeling stressed and not able to relax in this really cute and lovely place. I would definitely choose this place if I didn’t have a dog and was traveling with normal height people. To management, I would consider either changing the status for the place or rethink some of the policies. A couch cover folded but available, something that shows animals are genuinely welcome and not just tolerated.

I loved the place and location to my son who is at OSU. I didn't like that they charged for any guest over 2 people as we had 3 but the listing said sleeps 4. Also, there was only 2 towels. We also wanted to check in early and was charged $25 for that. I think using a big property management company makes this property less desirable for me to rent it again. I like the VRBO's that are more personable and easy to deal with.
