5 Mi to Winter Park Resort! Year-Round Mtn Gem

Buyer beware they charge a full deposit and not a hold and now we have left 2 weeks later and have not received a refund after leaving property in perfect condition. When contacting expedia they just say contact home away. I would not use expedia for home rentals.

This house fit our group of 2 families with various ages of kids. The downstairs family room for the kids was a perfect area for them. The big table that fit our whole group for dinners together and game nights was perfect! The best was how how well the house was supplied! We enjoyed the stay and hope to be back!

This is an excellent property for family gatherings. The home is in tip top shape, well stocked kitchen, and the views!!! It doesn’t get any better! This is our second time renting this property and we will be back!

We do a family ski vacation every year and this is one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in. Truly a gem with comfortable beds, sweeping views, heated floors, and a fully stocked kitchen. The heated garage means your ski boots and skis are snow free each morning.

This house is the best rental we have ever had (and I have a VRBO house myself). It was so well made and the accessories and art were amazing and well-done. The kitchen had everything we could want.10:00AM is a little early for a checkout with all the family. We asked for a later one, which was granted, but you might reconsider this policy.

This property is one of my favorite places that I have ever stayed. Amazing views, beautiful artwork and well appointed. Would love to stay again.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The location and views were breathtaking, and the house itself was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that the house looked even better in person than in the photos online, which is almost never the case!The location was perfect, just a short distance from Winter Park Ski Resort, making it super convenient for skiing and exploring. The management was fantastic—very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. The heating worked perfectly, and the heated garage was a huge bonus after a long day in the snow.If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly located place to stay near Winter Park, we highly recommend this lodge! We can’t wait to return!

Lovely home, well stocked, excellent location.

We've used this home twice for a 2-week family Christmas get away. The photos don't do justice to the amazing views from nearly every room in the house. It's very well laid out and excellent quality. Lovely artwork enhances the space. Easy access to outdoor activities including great cross country trails from a trailhead in the development. Kitchen well stocked and easy to cook large dinners for family.

Two families from Texas that are pretty discerning and this home was fantastic! So much so we booked two weeks for the summer as well! Loved everything about it. Fit two families with teenage boys who really appreciated the larger beds (not twins). We’ve stayed in Rendezvous for 10+ years this is definitely one of the best. Probably only drawback is the only TV is downstairs and this was during the college football playoffs so that was dicey for two families from Southlake Texas….so we just brought a TV with us and we’re set. Obviously we drove. Seriously, Becky Shaw, the host was above and beyond and the home didn’t disappoint. And the views!!! Great from all the porches! This might be our spot from here on out!
