The place was perfect for our stay. It’s quite comfortable. We enjoyed the nice big deck. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, but only a few miles from stores and restaurants.

What a wonderful place! We had a lovely dinner and games our first night and the location was perfect. The hosts are amazing as well! Cannot recommend enough! We’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed here Thanksgiving week. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed! We were provided various types of coffee, iron and ironing board, fully stocked kitchen, clean linens, and more! The property is completely fenced in and located in a nice, quiet area. We hope to stay again in the near future!

5+++stars!! What a wonderful place to stay. Our host, Teresa, was so friendly and attentive from the start. She responded to our reservation request so quickly and was so great and easy to communicate with. She understood it was important to us to have dog-friendly things to do. She sent me an extensive list of pet friendly parks, trails, swimming and picnic areas and travel distance. Even started places that her family liked to go best. The house was so fresh and clean with comfy furniture. The beds were so comfy my daughter-in-law and I would love to replace our own beds with them. All of the “extras” Teresa had at the house really made our stay special. Chips and salsa, dog treats, water in fridge to name few. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner plus extra conveniences like napkins and paper plates. The back yard is nicely maintained and fenced - perfect for guests with dogs. There was even a basket with clean dog blankets, toys and poop bags. Teresa really meant it when she said she tries to think of everything her guests might need. I can’t think of one thing that would have made our stay any better. Perfect place and location for families who want to enjoy hill country. We will definitely be back!

This was our second time at this property and just like the first time, it was a great stay. Teresa is the best when it comes to communication and accommodation. Highly recommend this property.

Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay. The home is very clean and matched photo expectations. The neighborhood is very peaceful. The stars at night are definitely big and bright in the backyard. It was perfect lodging for a family. We had breakfast onsite daily - the kitchen is very well equipped. The listing is an hour or less to a lot of great tourist spots. We visited LBJ State Park & Ranch, Pedernales Falls, Fredericksburg & WW2 Museum, Canyon Lake. If you order Voodoo Coffee online from the driveway then it’s ready when you get there - delicious. We also enjoyed Guadalupe Coffee, Wild Flour Bakery, River Rose Tavern, Reck ‘Em Right Brewery, Ora Blanco Creamery and Blanco River Pizza. Guadalupe South River Access Trail and Canyon Lake Dam Overlook were easy access and free for good dog walks. Great area and home - highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! The house is located about 3.5 miles from the Canyon Lake Marina. We spent most of our days at Canyon Lake so the location was perfect! The owner, Teresa, was amazing! She is very quick to respond with any questions you might have. We enjoyed the nice long driveway and the quiet neighborhood. The house has the perfect set up/space and met all of our needs. If we're ever back in the area, we would stay here again!

From the very beginning, Teresa was very responsive to any questions I had. The house was very nice and the king bed was SUPER comfortable. So much so that we didn't need to use the mattress topper that we took with us. Another HUGE feature is that the AC worked great even in triple digit heat! We've had issues in other rentals where that was not the case. The driveway was large enough for our boat and vehicles which is another big bonus. Plenty of towels and pillows, games for the kids, and plenty of kitchen essentials. Very nice back deck but it was pretty hot outside so we did not use it too much. But it would be perfect in cooler weather. Really can't say enough good things about this place - highly recommend and we will definitely be return guests.
