This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A gorgeous Exmouth original home away from home. The house is lovely and you can tell the owners are renovating regularly. We loved the garden and outdoor shower. It has a big fridge and also a good chest freezer for the fishermen amongst us. The house has pretty much everything you need in the kitchen as well as bedrooms. Great comfortable couch and beds in the bedroom too. The aircons worked really well in the hot weather. We loved the homey feel it had. The TVs were great for some evening downtime.It is right opposite the shops which is super convenient. The house nextdoor is a cleaning business and it was noisy at night as they had many parties while we were there, but it's holidays so you have to be flexible. We loved it and would book again in a heartbeat!Thank you so much.Feedback: The ceiling fans in the house need attention and the only thing we were missing was a pair of scissors in the drawer...just small things.

    Lovely house to stay in, extremely clean & well appointed. Very comfortable for a family with children, air con throughout and stunning gardens. Fantastic coffee just across the road at Earlybird, could not ask for a better stay. We will certainly be back!

Reviewer Comments: the actual house is really lovely nice shower, good chest freezer , outside hose nice garden and birds .but its so close to the shops ,the house behind you and the business next door that there is no privacy and its extremely noisy at night , but if you wear earplugs and close the blinds it helps. it is really good being able to dash to the shops if you need anything and not worrying about parking .

Airconditioning working splendidly, and there was 2 showers inside so its fine for our party of 5. Would definitely recommend!

    We came up for a fishing comp, house suited us well. Very close to town which is great. Older house but well looked after. Would stay again!
