House was perfect for our family! Clean and welcoming. Had everything we needed in kitchen for Christmas meal. Need to come back and enjoy the pool and outdoor amenities when it gets warmer! Thank you!

We had a most enjoyable time. The home is beautiful and very well equipped in the kitchen and certainly comfortable throughout. Rooms are spacious and roomy with an abundance of TV's throughout. The balcony is wonderful, the grills are great, and the outdoor pool area is fabulous. To note, there are a number of steps to get between levels, but it was great to share our mulit-generational gathering.

Less than 10 minutes into town, this property was not only beautiful but a perfect location with privacy and convenience. The property owner/manager was very communicative when answering questions before during and after booking. The house was clean and well kept, and was the perfect setting for a girls weekend getaway.

This beautiful home was spotless, well equipped and matched all the photos on the VRBO site. Detailed instructions and recommendations were provided in advance and at the site. The home was a short drive to a well-stocked market and the village of Sag Harbor filled with great restaurants and boutiques. Central to explore the other villages in the Hamptons and Montauk. A visit to the Hamptons has always been on my bucket list and we all had a wonderful time!

The property has potential, but it was not guest-ready. Outdoor areas were cluttered with old furniture, toys, and broken items. The garage and fridge had personal belongings, and broken baby-proofing was left throughout.Inside, TVs and sound systems were unplugged or miswired. Help was minimal, we were told to check manuals or wait days for a technician. One issue wasn’t acknowledged for two days, by which point someone in our group had fixed it.We booked this home after careful research, confirming key details with the host beforehand, including that the pool would be open, heated, and fenced. He provided written confirmation.Upon arrival, the pool was closed, not heated, and had no fence, with no warning. When we asked, the host was rude and dismissive, claiming “all pools in the Hamptons are closed until May” and denying his previous messages before later backtracking.The 5th bedroom/office had no duvet, so we had to buy one. Also, large portable AC units in each room, not shown in the listing, taking up significant space. The home has good features and could be a great rental with better care, but our experience with the host was very disappointing.Additionally, after reporting our concerns to VRBO, Christian responded with false claims of mess. We left the home spotless - trash removed, dishes done, towel load started - but he refused to provide any evidence.We rarely leave negative reviews, but we hope this helps future renters make an informed choice.

Beautiful house with ample room. Spotlessly clean. Owner very accommodating, allowing an early arrival so we wouldn’t be rushed for the wedding rehearsal. Had to text the property manager with one question during the stay and got reply within minutes. Very comfortable house.

Property owner/manager responded quickly with information about the AC. We were able to use the house when we arrived early. There was an abundance of white towels. The washing machine and dryer were convenient. The location was close to Sag Harbor. The landscaping and pool area are well maintained. However, the sprinkler sytem came on after 4 every day and you couldn't sit near the tables or the lounge chairs. The alarm system beeped every morning and had to be silenced. The lower level (basement) with the two bedrooms(one, a study) was damp and hot without air circulation. Our family members were not comfortable. The stairway up to the top floor (eating, dining and living area) became a problem with groceries and taking out the garbage. The deck off of the top floor is nice, like being in a tree house. I hope that the owner considers replacing the umbrella, table and chairs. The dishwasher needs to be replaced. It doesn't clean the dishes or glassware. Some information could be left about the lighting on the top floor. It's strange to see power strips for small appliances on the counter in a newly renovated rental property The cookware is very old and should be replaced. At the end of the block there was construction/crews on two homes. The rental property is pet friendly, a big plus and allowed us to rent for a shorter period of time and not for the season. I wish that I had had a better understanding of the layout of the rooms and knew more about the stairway.

We did a little celebration with the girls and wanted to stay in a place that had everything you needed and this place had more! The place was just as it looked in the photos. There was enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably and to congregate. Our group especially liked the pool and sauna. The host was also really great at communicating. 10 out of 10!
