Stayed Dec 31, 1969Wow! What a place! We stayed here earlier in the summer with some friends and really enjoyed this house. A friend organized it so I don't know how the interaction was with the owner, but we never heard any complaints. The place was by far the best house we have stayed at in the Hamptons. We mostly stayed at the house and enjoyed the heated pool and the bbq. We did go out for dinner and did some grocery shopping a couple of times. In each case it was a pretty quick trip. Maybe, 5-10mins? The house and pool itself were really nice. I think they must have just remodeled since everything looked new. They also had some nice patio furniture to enjoy the sun or eat outside fresh from the bbq. Overall, a great place and great experience. I would definitely go back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A group of six of us stayed in the house for a weekend in June and had a great time. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures and was fully equipped with everything we needed. The furnishing in the house is modern and very tastefully done but most importantly, our beds were comfortable. We used the grill the whole time we were there and ate outside in the lawn for most meals. The weather was perfect while we were there and we were able to enjoy the pool for the whole weekend. The property is easily accessible by train at the Southampton LIRR station. From there, it is about a 5 minute drive by car (one of our friends had rented a car). The area around the property is residential and quiet, but it is close enough to the restaurants in town by car. This property is perfect for a family vacation or as a getaway with friends. I highly recommend it!
