5 Bedroom Waterfront Home Hot Tub Boat Sleeps 26

Very poorly maintained with broken lights, electrical outlets, broken refrigerator shelving, broken furniture, etc. one of the upstairs toilets would not flush because of the build up and we had to scrape the gunk and clean the toilet. The house was not cleaned and there were dead bugs in every room. There were old flossing sticks left on one of the beds and floors of one of the rooms. The video game was broken and no ball for the foosball machine. There were not enough utensils for the amount of people and only one towel per person for 4 days. There were numerous lightbulbs burned out and no replacement bulbs. There was not adequate lighting because of lack of lamps and lightbulbs. The coffee machine was full of gunk. They requested we start laundry and dishes prior to departing but there were no supplies provided. The deck was covered in mold and algae and was unsafe for elderly to attempt walking in due to the slippery slats. There were numerous doors that were broken and would not shut properly, one being a bathroom door that would not shut at all. The width of the railings in the stairs were so large a child could fall through to the floor below. The downstairs kitchen was not equipped with essential cooking utensils and what dishes that were there were not clean and thrown in random cabinets. There was not adequate closet space because there were boxes of junk and miscellaneous items just thrown in. The bbq grill was unusable due to rust and was a fire hazard.

Very spacious, gorgeous views, great amenities and parking.

Inside the house was nice. Decorated cute. Beds were comfortable. Really liked that every bedroom had a bathroom attached.The outside of the house needs some TLC & the main deck needs some work. The golf cart also needs some work. The driveway is not the easy to get in & out of. The parking was very tight for 2 big pickups & 2 full size SUV’s. Overall, good place just some maintenance issues.

Enjoyed the property and all to do in the area. Communication from property manager was excellent.

Needs a thorough cleaning. I left a list at the property. The decks, walkways, windows and screens need repaired. The Golf Cart ‘s alignment is off. The steering wheel wobbles. The grills need cleaned. Tubs don’t drain well and some of the faucets were hard to turn. Vents need cleaned. Various light bulbs need replace. Video game was broken. Mold seen in some of the shower heads and tub jets. White trim and woodwork need cleaned. One of the bedroom doors locked every time the door closed. Ice dispenser produced dirty ice sometimes. Found broken glass and clumps of dust under furniture . The PROS: Golf cart, the separation of the suites for privacy and individual temp controls, The decorations, grill and decorations were nice and The View was great?

The stay was decent

We took 5 of our 8th grade students for their class trip, our school only goes to 8th grade! We always try to make it special and something they may never get to experience again and this location was above this for them! They had an amazing time and loved the hot tub! If we were to take another group there in the future this is where I would try to stay! It was clean, cool and enough space so nobody was bothering anyone else!

Overall, the property worked well for our family to spend Thanksgiving together. We were able to cook our traditional Thanksgiving dinner and eat together in the two dining rooms.
