5-Bedroom Villa in Guard Gated Beachfront Community, Tamarindo/Langosta w/ Xtras

The house was fantastic! The kitchen had everything you need, bedrooms were all wonderful. Host Ben swapped bed sizes to accommodate our group as well! The pool was great, warm/ right temp. Near to the beach, plus the beach club was wonderful, made the whole experience just great. Ben was very responsive as well. Even helped find the channels the Winter Olympics were on. Great trip, highly recommended.

Our group of 10 had a great stay at Casa Giving Tree. The home is nice and spacious, well kept, and worked very well for a group trip. The location is great, just outside the main part of town so it’s quieter, but still very easy to get to restaurants, shops, and the beach.The beach club access was a nice bonus and added to the overall experience. Ben was helpful with planning and reservations, which made logistics much smoother.Overall, I’d recommend Casa Giving Tree for a group trip to Tamarindo.

Stay was great! House was in great condition as seen in the listing and Ben was amazing! Super helpful and always willing to help set up plans and answer any questions or look into anything needed! We had one small issue with the grill that Ben followed up with instantly and helped us back to new. Will definitely be back

How was terrific, if not in immaculate condition as listed. Cabinets are a bit worn, walls are in need of some touch up, but overall very, very nice.

From the moment we booked until after our return home, the host was the most thoughtful and attentive we’ve ever encountered. She went above and beyond—providing personalized support before arrival, checking in during our stay, and even reaching out after we returned to the U.S. to make sure we arrived home safely.The home itself was exactly as described in the listing—beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. It was fully equipped with everything we needed: a modern kitchen, laundry area, and gorgeous outdoor spaces that gave everyone the freedom to relax or play, together or apart. We had plenty of space to be together as a family, but also enough room to enjoy privacy and quiet when needed.The host’s recommendations for activities, events, and transportation were spot on. She even helped arrange last-minute transportation—something we greatly appreciated while juggling a large group. She helped us schedule a private chef for a birthday dinner and even left delicious Costa Rica surprises for our son-in-law's big day. This was more than just a vacation rental—it was a true home-away-from-home experience that exceeded all expectations. We’re already dreaming of a return trip.Pura Vida!

This house was a wonderful spot for our spring break with 2 families. Plenty of space and easy to get around with golf carts. The hosts were very responsive to every request or question, they had great recommendations and organized multiple activities including a boat day, estuary tour (last minute), private chef, shuttles and more!

The house was perfect for our group of 8, and accurately represented in photos and listing. Great location close enough to Tamarindo entertainment to walk or make short drive, but also is sited within a secure/gated and quiet neighborhood to also have peace and relaxation when desired. The hosts (Kenneth and Julieth) went above and beyond in the communication before and during our stay. Among many other things, they helped arrange a private chef and surprise decorations to make the 50th birthday celebration for my wife a wonderful memory.The house itself was very roomy, clean and comfortable. The staff provided several days of housekeeping and daily visits by pool/gardener to keep the property clean and orderly. Bonus - We saw so much wildlife just from our back patio (monkeys, iguanas, birds, etc). Bonus #2 - full access to nearby Langosta beach club (gym, restaurant, beach chairs, pool/cabana access, etc). One minor negative during our stay was a (very big) new home was actively being built right next door, which of course is only a temporary issue. Site was kept tidy and crews were respectful and surprisingly quiet during our visit, but it was awkward for our group to hang out by the pool with workers literally 5-7 ft away from us at times. Overall this wouldn’t prevent us from coming back, but we would prefer to know the construction was done and/or at least there was only work in the interiors remaining.

This house was truly amazing and Kenneth and Julieth were extremely helpful. They made the vacation go so smoothly with no problems at all. We had my parents with us and the casita was perfect for them and the house was so comfortable, very clean and just amazing! It was also close to everything.
