5 Bedroom luxury Beach house 5 min walk to beach - Wedding/Family/Group Trips

Our host Greg was in constant communication making sure everything was as promised. This is a beautiful home which surpassed our expectations and is very well appointed. From the perfect backyard setup to the hours of fun playing ping pong. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful place. Plenty of space for large families. We loved the ping pong table and fire pit. Nice large dining table for playing games. Had absolutely everything you would need. Close to everything. Greg was a great host and quickly responded to any questions.

Location was excellent and space was perfect for what we were looking for as a group staying in Jacksonville and going to the players

We had a fantastic vacation! The host was so down to earth and helpful. The home had everything we needed and more for a family at the beach, and lots of space to gather and talk with everyone! VERY RELAXING! Beds were very comfortable. Close to the beach and Jacksonville activities. Can't wait to go back again!

We had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed and more. Perfect for kids and adults; basketball and ping pong, outdoor fire pit, plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was well stocked. The driveway had lots of room for our vehicles. Even white noise machines in the bedrooms! 10/10!

We had an excellent visit at our Jacksonville Beach vrbo. The host had everything in the house that you would ever need, and easy to find. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The play room was a lot of fun. Everyone enjoyed playing ping pong. It was too cold to enjoy the outdoor area, but it looked very nice. I’d definitely stay here again. The host was very helpful.

Greg was a fantastic host! He always answered any question I had very fast and the home was just like it was listed. Perfect for the small event I had! 10/10 would use this home again.

We celebrated Christmas with our children and grandchildren, and had the most wonderful time! The house was just perfect, beautifully decorated for Christmas, and a perfect location!! Everyone enjoyed themselves and we would definitely stay there again!!

Great home with lots of space. The host was great but everything went so well that we did not need to reach out. Slept 10 very well. Dining table had 12 chairs. The kitchen was well equipped and their was ample refrigerator freezer in the main kitchen and a refrigerator in the gaming room which we used for drinks. The grill worked well. All the beds were comfortable and there was ample towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner in all bathrooms. I cant think of anything that was not supplied. The top floor washer and dryer was very convenient. The backyard is fenced and very safe for our grands ages 2,3,4,5! There were loads of beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys available and the outdoor shower was convenient. We definitely recommend!

Greg’s house was excellent. Clean, spacious and perfectly located. Greg was a superb host, excellent communicator and checked in on us during the weekend to be sure everything was alright. Highly recommend!

This house was by far the best experience I’ve ever had on Vrbo. The host, Greg, had everything—and I mean everything—we needed to make our low-key weekend gathering truly memorable. This house is amazing: comfortable, spotless, and filled with that “at-home” feeling.Even though Greg wasn’t on site, it felt like he was right there with us. He responded quickly, provided helpful updates and recommendations, and showed genuine care to ensure we had everything just right and ready. I honestly feel like I’ve made a new friend.I highly recommend this property and will gladly stay here again.

Beautiful home, close to the beach, has everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. Greg was a gracious host, responded to messages within minutes. The game room in the garage and fire pit in the backyard were excellent additions. I would highly recommend this property. We will be back!

Our family had a very nice stay at this beach house. We appreciate the detail put into everything. We will stay here again if available.

The house was in very good condition. Plenty of room for guests and kids a like. The host was very responsive and easy to reach with any questions or issues which needed to be addressed. The location was good although there's a large amount of road work going on and looks as if it's going continue for some time, including the road the house is on. At times it prevents you from accessing the beach on the most direct route.

This place has everything you can imagine and more. It slept 9 adults and 1 infant perfectly. The location to the beach was fabulous. The game room was fun. The beach items were so convenient. Loved everything about it. We will return!

Was the second time we booked this location for our sales team to stay for meetings in Jacksonville. And like the first the owner has made this stay seamless and enjoyable. Will be keeping this location on our short list in the future.

Place was perfect! Great set up in backyard and the game room in the garage was well used. Plenty of bathrooms and the beds were very comfortable. Greg (the host) was amazing!

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Jax beach, this is the home! It is super close to everything you could need in Jax Beach. The host easy to communicate with and the house was amazing. Great place to host family/friends for a weekend with amazing living spaces to include the game room garage, the open space living room and the backyard with the fire pit. Would love to stay here again!

We loved our stay on Jax Beach! Awesome house that was well equipped and perfect for our family getaway weekend! The owner was super kind and helpful, making us feel very comfortable. The location was perfect for us and we enjoyed the close proximity to the public beach access.

We had a short trip and wanted to stay longer... the house was exactly as pictured and more. Beds were really comfortable, house was very clean, kitchen stocked with everything you need and everything you didn't think you would need, but did. The garage area with ping pong table and couches was the perfect hangout place during a rainy afternoon. We were there with our 2 adult sons and 2 of their friends, so plenty of space for all and we will definitely keep this one at the top of the list for next time!
