This beautiful home is located on East 2nd Streetwith peek-a-boo views of the ocean from the rear deck. The best part of this house is location, location, location. It is within walking distance of all the activities that OIB has to offer. The community park is located directly across the street. Around the corner is a miniature golf course. After dinner take a walk to the ice cream shops for dessert. Did we mention the beach is a block away Walk to the coffee shop or wine tasting venues less than a block away. Just a short walk to the OIB Pier. The pool can be heated for an additional $500/week fee in the off season. If you are renting for less than a week, the cost of heating the pool is $100/day. This is a Linen Ready home - bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be provided at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.
