beautiful, clean, and well equipped home. our host was kind, thoughtful, and responsive. we look forward to booking more family trips at spring home 16!

Three generations enjoyed our stay. Property could use some upgrades, eg replace tired dining table chairs. Owner was very accommodating with a few last minute details (access to high chair). Would rent it again. Thx

Clean and well stocked except for a spatula.Only two chairs were on the patio. We were told ahead of time so we brought our own. It was hard washing and drying towels before leaving especially with 10 people. It’s unfortunate that we had to take care of all the garbage/recycle. I understand that those are the rules though. It’s just makes for a stressful situation to do it all before 11:00.All in all we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back. Thank you

Everything was perfect! Better than I expected from the description! Ten of us went for a cross-country ski vacation over the New Year's Holiday and we were not disappointed.The house fit us just right and the kitchen was fully stocked - everything we needed - for our dinners. I was the lucky one to enjoy the spacious master suite, with its private bath and shower.We XC skied three days: Once on powder at 3-Creeks Lake on the other side of Sisters, where we were among the only ones skiing there. Then the second day we skied a Ray Benson Snowpark at Santiam pass, where we skied the North Loup to Blowout Shelter - with a nice fire already started. Finally, on January 1, we stayed around Black Butte and skied on the golf course - the snow was fine.I wish we could have stayed longer! I will be back1

Very pleased with accommodations

Black Butte Ranch is a great place for a family vacation. The home was very well equipped for a large family. We had a very nice time with our family. The host was very responsive to our communication and questions.

This was a lovely home for our family group of 10 to stay in for a week. Everyone was delighted with the house! The layout was comfortable with ample space for all of us with a well-stocked kitchen and spacious dining table and chairs. The multiple decks are well maintained, and well stocked with chairs and tables so we enjoyed sitting outside in the mornings and evenings, listening to birds, and we used the grill for several dinners. The garage and driveway were accommodated multiple cars and we stored our bikes easily. Biking and walking to the Meadow was quick and we enjoyed it daily. We had a wonderful time at BBR and the house enhanced everyone's experience!

We have been staying at BB for many years, and due to the size of our group, we have been in multiple houses. This house was the best we have found! Comfortable beds! Well stocked kitchen! Enough room for us to gather in one place or spread out! Awesome deck! Quiet and relaxing area! In one word, this house was Perfect for us! We really did get the BB feel here! Very clear communication from the owner, and nothing was overlooked. We could not have had a better weekend!
