Nestled in Ellicottville, this charming house offers a peaceful retreat for guests seeking comfort and space. With 4 Large bedrooms featuring three king beds, two queen, and 4 twins in loft bedroom (access from loft is through double queen bedroom), there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax. Four bathrooms include showers and bathtubs, making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure. The soothing atmosphere is enhanced by heating and air conditioning, ensuring a cozy stay no matter the season. Guests will appreciate thoughtful touches like a hair dryer for added convenience. This inviting home provides a perfect blend of comfort and tranquility. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Ellicottville. Fireplace on the first level is great for cool nights and watching sports. Indoor hot tub is a great addition for guests. House includes linens and towel, We do leave 1 roll of Paper towels in kitchen. We leave an extra roll of tp in each bathroom for guests. We also have shampoo, body wash and conditioner in at least one bathroom if not all bathrooms. We have Keureg and regular coffee maker. Parking in snowy weather will require 4x4 or at the very least all wheel drive. Street parking is not allowed (renter will be towed at their own expense) park additional cars at tannebaum if skiing. New driveway with larger space on top is coming by November 15, 2026 (prices will be discounted up until that day for off season(up until stays of Nov 15, 2026) due to driveway/ Parking issues.). In winter renter is responsible for shoveling and salting stairways to the front door with fresh snow fall, during stay. We do not shovel off the deck but we do provide a shovel. Propane gas grill is available for guests. We do not supply propane but a tank is available for exchange or filling. Small Fires are allowed on the first floor only, just open the flu and use a firestarter log to get a fire going and enjoy views or take in sporting event with enjoying a nice cup of coffee.
