“Seagull’s by the Sea” is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home with many unique offerings that are sure to please everyone in your group! Speaking of groups, this home boasts an impressive sleeping accommodation by providing arrangements for up to 14 people and includes flat screen TVs in each bedroom. Located just around the corner from Johnny Mercer's Pier, this home provides an excellent balanceof being near the activities but not on a loud busy street.

When you arrive at the townhouse, you will find a long-covered carport and parking area to support up to 4 cars. The home boasts an impressive 3 floors of living space above the ground floor, rest assured whether you are more seasoned or simply hauling the groceries in, there is an elevator to make these tasks easier for the whole family. The home has a modern design featuring a reverse floor plan to maximize the ocean view benefit on the top floor where the family will congregate in the communal areas.

As you walk to the top floor you will be impressed with all the natural light afforded by the open space. You will find a fully stocked kitchen with upgraded stainless-steel appliances. The master chef in the family will want for nothing when preparing those family meals. After the cooking comes the feasting at either the dining room table or the kitchen bar top for a more casual affair. Eat, laugh and play will happen in this area without a doubt. If you need to relax, the living room offers comfortable couches to kick back in after a long day. For those seeking sun or that ocean breeze, enjoy one of 3 decks, 2 offering shade and the top deck offering the warmth from that coastal sun.

The first two living floors provide bedrooms, the primary bedroom has 2 queen beds, the second bedroom offers a queen bed and a sleeper sofa. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and roll away twin sized beds are conveniently tucked away in the closets. These come in handy for larger groups or folks that require diverse sleeping arrangements. The fourth bedroom offers a queen bed and roll away bed. Each room is a suite with its own private bathroom. Linens, TV and Rokus are provided throughout the home.

This home isn’t just about providing a roof over your head though, the home is well stocked with games and bikes. You will find 6 well-kept bikes for outings, indoor and outdoor games such as bocce ball, large sized Jenga and many indoor board games.

When it’s time to hit the beach, take a stroll a mere half block down the road with no road crossings and set up shop on the beautiful Wrightsville beach strand.

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 5 Queens, 4 Twin roll away beds.
Parking: There are 4 parking spots at this unit, which are located in the carport.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

    Overall, great stay and great space. The only downfall is it rained most of the week. It would have been awesome if the covered patios stayed dry and didn't take in the rain from top down so we could still enjoy being outside.

    We booked this place specifically for the elevator. We have a friend who was staying with us who was recovering from recent surgery and the elevator made it a good option. We were told the morning of check in that it’s not working. I understand things break, but it wasn’t able to get fixed during our stay. Also sleeping arrangements were not quite as expressed, the twin beds listed for folding portable beds. Overall good location and place.

    The bedrooms are spacious. Elevator is a great feature since the kitchen and living area is on the top floor. Not much comfortable seating in the living room and the beds were deplorable…Very soft, without much support for your back. Bring your passwords for TV streaming services, as Roku was the only “free” option. Location is stellar - very close to the beach and the pier.

    Wow, what a great place for a family holiday! The accommodations are top notch and maybe a little better than described online. The decks on each floor are a great feature with really nice outdoor furniture. The interior of this home is fabulous! Private baths for each bedroom were a big selling point. The kitchen is very well appointed and truly does have everything you could need to prepare anything you'd want to make. The living room and dining area is very spacious, nice for a crowd! The location in the neighborhood is perfect, easily walkable to the ocean and Johnnie Mercer pier. I highly recommend this place!

    Very nice property and only a couple of homes off the beach. Ocean visible from upper floors. Very clean, well equipped kitchen. Elevator was a godsend for moving in groceries and heavy luggage. Great place - would happily stay there again.

    Our family had a great stay here. The rental had everything we needed and was close to the beach. A couple of family members who have trouble walking appreciated the elevator, and short walk to the beach wasn’t bad for them. Plenty to do nearby. We all agreed we’d definitely stay here again!

    Family booked house for my daughter's wedding. Access code made for easy arrival and departure. The location of the house is great. Ocean view and many walkable destinations close by. We were unable to access the elevator upon our arrival. Host was very quick to respond and remedy that situation. The unit was clean and just as described. I do recommend this location. We enjoyed our stay!

    Property was well-located, clean and had an elevator which was great as there are 4 stories. Nice views of both ocean and the sound. Kitchen was well-stocked which was great for Thanksgiving. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Price per night is commensurate with the unit.
