Enjoy ocean side living in this beautifully renovated four-story duplex offers a unique floor plan! The bedrooms are located on the two lower levels of the home and an open concept top floor living room, kitchen and dining area with access to the top floor deck- perfect for sunning and relaxation! Vaulted ceilings give the living space an even more open feel and the fantastically appointed kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. The kitchen is equipped with beautiful quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances including a microwave drawer and warming drawer- wonderful for Holidays or those large family dinners. The main living area has google home, so you request and play your favorite tunes at the drop of a hat!

The foyer has an elevator that services all floors of the home which is very convenient for delivering groceries and luggage to the upper levels of this home. Up one flight of stairs, the first floor of this home provides a bunk room with four twin beds that is perfect for kids. The bunk room also has an attached bathroom and walk in closet. This level also has a king bedroom with private bath as well as a queen bedroom with private bath and access to the exterior stairwell to the outdoor grilling area. The entire second floor of this home is the dreamy master bedroom with a king bed and attached bath which are sure to calm and sooth all your stress away- you will never want to leave! The master bedroom has an expansive walk in closet, sitting area, and deck access.

Outside there is an enclosed outdoor shower with rainfall shower head and handheld shower wand- just like the indoor showers! There is a picnic table in the back yard conveniently located near the exterior gas grill and cooler station, so all your beverages stay ice cold while you enjoy the beautiful weather in the back yard. Is there a better way to relax after a long day on the beach In the outdoor utility room there are beach chairs, umbrellas, and other fun beach amenities for the family to enjoy!

The carport runs the length of the building and can easily accommodate 4 vehicles. While the elevator services all floors of the home it does not have enough clearance for most motorized chairs or wheelchairs- please contact our office directly before booking if you or your party have special requirements. There are two exterior surveillance cameras that monitor the exterior doors for added security. This property does not allow smoking, pets, or events.

Property Security: For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have exterior security cameras located in the driveway facing the street, driveway facing the house and rear stairs facing the door.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

    Very nice, convenient to the beach, well appointed and clean. Only problem was elevator stopped working on our move out day. Things to fix: light bulb out in master bathroom. Bottom slats in some blinds not right. Overall, unit B was very nice and we enjoyed the stay. When we return, we would rent again. Thanks

    Our bathroom shower had no water. All bathroom water pressure was terrible Kids bathroom toilet holder broken. And bath off kitchen smelled like urine. Lots of fun though. Close to a great beach access. Construction going on across street so sleeping in was not an option. House directly across had late night parties well into morning hours.

    We had an amazing time! The house was better in person than in the pictures! The property manager went above and beyond when we encountered a small problem with the elevator. Our family all had ample space and enjoyed the proximity to the beach! It was a perfect vacation!

    We had a multi-generational family trip to the beach and this home was perfect for everyone! Wonderful location, seamless booking and check-in/out process, fantastic amenities (including for the beach), and we made lasting memories gathered together in the kitchen and living space we will cherish.     Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A pretty house that needs some updates. We had several maintenance issues as soon as we arrived but management was very responsive and the repair gentleman was awesome. The master bed needs to be replaced as it is caving in the middle and the floors were very dirty although the rest of the house was clean. Great location, night time is noisy in the neighborhood but we did not have little ones so it was fine.
