Stayed Oct 8, 2025Excellent venue for a group of golfers for post-round activities- watching baseball and football. The Traeger grill did not work- couldn't get it ignited. A gas BBQ would probably be a better option?

Stayed Sep 19, 2025The unit was perfect for our family get together. It was spacious, clean, with attention to detail. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio above the garage. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Came for a baseball tournament. Weather was great, but had an amazing time. House was fabulous. We plan on having another get together at the same house to do some hiking and golfing. Plenty of space great amenities in the house. They worked with us on checking in early and checked in with us during our stay. Would recommend to everyone

They had so many extras. We loved the location and the scenery. It was very clean and ready for us. There were a few glitches with the Internet service but the management responded and took care of it.

Very clean, very well organized and prepared for our stay. We loved having the extra family room/TV room upstairs for different age groups and the patio was beautiful.

Reviewer Comments: This was a great location and a large rental property to accommodate a group of adults and teens. It had a pool, tennis courts and other amenities close by. It was a central location to visit Zion National Park and local sites in St George. The house was well-stocked, clean and I would absolutely return to this location!

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family vacation with our stay at Lounging at the Ledges. It was a beautiful place to stay and provided enough room for all 4 different families. It also was one of the few condo's that was kid friendly. There was so much room that everyone had a place to go to do their thing. The beds were comfortable. We were very close to the swimming pool so we were able to walk there with the little kids. This was a wonderful place to stay. We plan on coming back here again.
