I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place is perfect for a large group of friends. Amenities are nice and location is good. There does seem to be a smell coming from the kitchen drain and laundry room.

Stayed Oct 8, 2025Excellent venue for a group of golfers for post-round activities- watching baseball and football. The Traeger grill did not work- couldn't get it ignited. A gas BBQ would probably be a better option?

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Came for a baseball tournament. Weather was great, but had an amazing time. House was fabulous. We plan on having another get together at the same house to do some hiking and golfing. Plenty of space great amenities in the house. They worked with us on checking in early and checked in with us during our stay. Would recommend to everyone

They had so many extras. We loved the location and the scenery. It was very clean and ready for us. There were a few glitches with the Internet service but the management responded and took care of it.

Reviewer Comments: This was a great location and a large rental property to accommodate a group of adults and teens. It had a pool, tennis courts and other amenities close by. It was a central location to visit Zion National Park and local sites in St George. The house was well-stocked, clean and I would absolutely return to this location!
