This place is the perfect location for a family vacation! Plenty of space to enjoy for the whole group. The living spaces and backyard made it easy to spend time all together, and the location made it easy to visit the beach and restaurants!

INSIDE SPACE

This modern coastal home boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and over 2,100 square feet of living space for up to 10 guests to enjoy comfortably (up to 12 guests max upon request). Views of the water can be seen from many rooms,whether you are dining with friends and family right off the large kitchen, or playing board games in the main living room next to the cozy fireplace. Doggies are welcome and can enjoy the doggy bed and dishes that are provided.

KITCHEN+DINING

A dedicated coffee + tea bar will delight enthusiasts each morning and includes a drip coffee maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, French press, and milk frother. Modern appliances are provided as well as smaller appliances like an instant, crockpot, and blender! A wooden dining table sits next to the expansive kitchen and provides seating for 6 with space to add 2 additional chairs.

BEDROOMS

There are a total of 4 bedrooms within the single level home. 2 primary en-suite bedrooms contain a king size bed and queen size bed. The additional 2 bedrooms have a queen size bed and a full over queen bunk bed. Each bedroom has full size closets and hangers for clothing storage in addition to night stands and dressers. Bedrooms all have new luxury mattresses (adjustable king mattress in the primary suite), bed linens, and duvet comforters.

BATHROOMS

There are three full bathrooms in this home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.

The master bathroom attached to the king bed room is large with an oversized shower and separate soaking tub. The additional bathrooms have a shower/tub combo and a shower. Hair dryers are provided as well as complimentary soaps. Worry about nothing with these thoughtfully stocked bathrooms that provide everything you need and more.

This home is located in Ocean Shores, an area that is known for its classic coastal charm. Escape the crowds and enjoy the natural wonders in this wildlife retreat locating along the Pacific Ocean. Duck lake provides boat rentals for kayaks, paddle boats, and electric boats. Walk to the beach from the house in about 15 minutes!

Guests staying at this modern coastal home have exclusive access to numerous amenities. Take time to enjoy the gorgeous views from the private viewing deck and enjoy the stars around the cozy fire pit. There are multiple HDTVs in the home. You are welcome to use the laundry area, as well as the workspace.

The home is fitted with a smart door lock and free parking for vehicles is available on the premises, with additional street parking. Self-Check In via the smart lock on the door adjacent to the garage. The code will be sent to you before your check in.

-No smoking is permitted on the property at any time.

-The backyard is completely fenced in, however pets and children should not be left unattended in or out of the home.
