TRUST & SAFETY

This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.

- Primary renter must be 25+ years old

- Pets are not permitted on the property

- No smoking inside the home

- No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation

- No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party

- Quiet time is 10pm - 9am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.

- Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm

- Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.

    The property is lovely! It was so clean and Very modern. It was in a great location. We were dropping my daughter off for her freshman year in college and truly enjoyed staying at the property. The neighborhood was fantastic and so close to many amazing restaurants in the central West End. The owners were very attentive and communicative.

    Your first impression when you pull up, is beautiful and modern. What I first noticed is that the keypad is not in the front of the house, which required us to go through the back. I'm not a fan of going through backdoors as a female. The keypad opens into the basement of the home, which again isn't ideal. However, once you get upstairs your opinion is quickly changed and you're immediately taken into the beauty of the kitchen and seating area. Loved the modern neutral, grey and black tones of the entire home. In all honesty, we only stayed one of the two nights we booked due to the weather, and on our first night there was a small water leak in the ceiling above our bed that leaked on us while sleeping. However, I reported it immediately and the folks were so nice. I'm sure it was something minor that needed to be tightened in the upstairs bathroom. Because the home feels like a loft, the openness had us cold on the second floor (where socks you'll be fine) and heat rises, so they were hot on the top floor. All that to say, would I ever rent it again? Absolutely. It was stunning and well worth it.

    This home is modern and beautiful. The main level has a gorgeous open floor plan and an electric fireplace that adds a lovely touch. The bedrooms are spacious and comfy and the bathrooms are lovely as well. Great location in Central West End.

    As noted in previous reviews - house is nice and clean but needs attention on the following items: Front door light out - needed because of steps. No outlets in kitchen - requires putting coffee pot in living room. I suggest you bring multiple extension cords. No outlets right side of bed in master bedroom so lamp is not plugged in. Again, bring an extension cord. Bring a flash light with you as it is needed to get down side of house to enter thru basement door - again, no lights on the path. Entering thru basement was concerning to us after dark. No available keypad for other two doors to home. Shower door doesn’t seal in master bath as noted in previous reviews. Bathroom off kitchen, faucet is about to fall off and handle on door needs looked at. On/off button on fireplace remote is almost shot and unresponsive Touchpad oven vent unresponsive

    It was a little touch and go at first due to some issues with seeing items sent back and forth and a typo on my part. The only real issue was getting into the place upon arrival and no real communication how that worked. Feel it’s different to have to go to the back of house to enter on first arrival. But maybe that’s just me being from the country and not living in a bigger city.

    We had a wonderful visit with a group of eight including grandparent from Florida, cousins from Ireland and our family of five from Kentucky. The entire group had privacy and comfort in bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces. We loved it. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, and convenient to everything St. Louis has to offer. Out hosts were very communicative and helpful. We appreciated details pre-arrival, post-arrival and prior to departure. Thank you!!

    WAS BEAUTIFUL, spacious, a lot of room for 8 adults to sleep and hangout. Neighborhood was very quiet and nice, not a far car ride from attractions.

    Great accommodations for entire family, including grandparents! Hosts were quick to respond to any questions or needs! Super location! An outdoor grill and outdoor furniture would have been helpful since the weather was lovely, otherwise, we all had a wonderful time in this lovely home!

    Nice house with great location - would have given 4.5 rating - down from a 5 due to cumbersome access through back basement door. However we gave a 3 due to poor maintenance of the space. The space is showing major wear and tear and not being touched up. Other specifics are: front porch light didn’t work. First floor bench legs were broken and propped up instead of being repaired or removed from the space. The dishwasher was not attached so when you close the door to start - it slides back into the space. We gave 3 on cleanliness due to ants on the front window sill, back sliding door and bugs in the basement. The master shower door didn’t close. When you pulled the glass to close the door, water still leaks out on the bathroom floor. The master shower floor is slippery when wet when you first step in. The other 2nd floor shower valve to direct water from spout, sprayer, and rain head was stripped and came off. Fortunately it was set on sprayer so it still worked. It’s too bad the house isn’t being maintained.
