4BR Home w/ Heated Pool in Prime Location

Excellent communication

The house was amazing! Everything was clean and spacious, and it worked great for our group of 8 friends! The pool was amazing, it was awesome to have a grill, and the tvs had access to movies and tv shows. We had a minor issue that was our fault and the owner responded right away and helped resolved it. They were very friendly and very quick with their responses. Ultimately this was a wonderful place to stay and the perfect spot for our group!

This place was a great place to stay with a large group. Close to golf, grocery stores and restaurants. Clean and organized.

We were in Arizona for our daughter’s wedding and had family coming in throughout the week. The house was perfect for our needs. I think overall cleanliness could have been better (admittedly my standards are HIGH). The pool was nice and the kitchen was well stocked. Check in/out was a breeze and Lori was very responsive to any questions. Would stay here again.

The area we stayed was great however it took a while to get to desired locations (due to traffic), that was a miss on our part, not knowing what to expect. The house had plenty of space for us and we enjoyed the outdoor space, the pool and corn hole boards got plenty of use and we did use the grill as well which worked perfectly for us. We were a little disappointed in the bathroom areas and cabinets (could use some updating). But overall our stay was nice and we enjoyed our visit to AZ.

We spent 3 weeks here in this beautiful home. We enjoyed the layout and all that it had to offer. The neighborhood is very quiet during the day and even the evenings. Mornings were spent walking the path for about 2 miles at the east end of the street. Spent many afternoons out by the pool soaking up the sun. This location in Avondale is within minutes of some good shopping and food. We were in communication with the host about a noise from the furnace within the first two days upon our arrival. The weather got warmer so we shut the furnace off and sent her a reminder email about it when we left. The pool guy and yard maintenance we never knew that they were there. Beds were comfortable as well. This home has two bedrooms with two sets of bunk beds and a pull out beneath the bunks so it will sleep a lot of people. Thank you for a great getaway with family and friends.

Very clean house! Basic stocking of supplies better than I have seen in past rentals elsewhere. Pool initially had algae buildup, but property management had that addressed with a loss of two day's swim. Needed to secure property on short notice due to a death in the family and we were very pleased with the roominess, cleanliness, available in this unit, e.g., pack n play and baby seat. Although we never exceeded the occupancy limit overnight and we were considerate of our neighbors, the property manager allowed our group the ability to congregate with other family members for a few hours. Our overall impression is very favorable and we will certainly consider a future rental.

My brother and I came for 4 days with our parents for their doctors appts and we made it a family vacation. Beautiful pool! One story, easy access and family neighborhood. Shopping close. We look forward to coming again.
