4BR Heated Pool Home with Tiki Hut!

Loved the heated pool and the privacy. The home was very spacious with everything you need to live there. We stayed for five weeks while I was working remotely and it was a perfect location. Not far from restaurants not far from the beach, not far from Wilton manors, and we loved walking our pup around the coral Ridge and surrounding neighborhoods. Our host was extremely responsive.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The arcade games were a hit and a pleasant surprise. The pool was warm and private. Great stay!

I I want to star with the worst. I was making the bed when I realized that I slept on a pillow that had a pool of dried blood. I immediately took a picture and texted it to the property manager. The property manager texted me back saying that accidents like that happen, that the housekeeper did see the pillow with blood but forgot to remove the pillow. I informed her that I did not feel safe with my kids in this property that was so unsinitized and I wanted to go to another house and or get money back so I can find a clean hotel; She refused and only offered a new pillow. The property managers disposition was condescending and rude. We had to suck it up and stay in this house since we paid for 10 days. My vacation was ruined. I did not trust anything was cleaned properly in the house. on day one after walking through the home the soles of my feet were black from the amount of dirt on the floors. I had to clean the house myself wash linens towels comforters and clean floors and dishes. At that point I did not trust anybody but myself doing this work since their cleaning crew was so inept at it. When we arrived to the house there were no cups and hardly dishes on the shelves; later on we found them in the dishwasher unwashed. The kitchen and house are outdated, the cook top had no instructions and we could not figured out how to turn it on.There were no bath towels in any bathroom. There was a linen closet with an asortment old colored towels . There were no washcloths in the bathrooms either. No hooks or racks to place a towel on once you got it into the bathroom.The house advertisement was deceptive as it gives the impression of being in the middle of a street block which it is not as it sits on a corner lot. The back yard Is backing up to a main yellow line road where trucks and cars pass constantly at high speed…making a lot of noise, so the pool is not a good and relaxing experience. The AC was the loudest I have ever heard in my life. The sound emitting from it was so distruptive that every time it kicked on it would wake everyone up. As an alternative to the AC you had ceiling fans however the ceiling fans would make so much noise as they rattled around and the gust of air produced from them made the vertical outdated blinds hovering over the patio doors start swaying back and forth causing them to clank into each, They pictures indicate a bright living room with beige floor not true as they gray/black

The house was extremely clean, comfortable and well equipped. Wonderful kitchen. So convenient to have three major bedrooms with their own bathrooms. House is in a beautiful neighborhood, centrally located. Favorite feature was totally enclosed garden and pool with comfortable shaded seating perfect for entertaining friends.

I was planning to give a rating oh 4.5, enjoyed the location , the house and the pool. I was willing to overlook the old bedding a old furniture by the pool. Called the property manager to inquired about returning but she told me and i had defaced the house and might charge extra as my 4 year grandson had used chalked on the cement??? Will not be returning if there is no sense of hospitality.

No problems at any time. 10 blocks from beach and 5 from mall. Pool and tiki made it special. They even have 2 pet iguanas!

Beautiful house in quiet neighborhood Distance from the beach is 8-10 mins by car. Pool is awsome.!!!!!

My twin sister and I were celebrating our 40th with a few friends. The location great, close to everything we needed. The house had all the amenities we wanted as well. We were able to make brunch in the mornings then hit the pool. We also grilled and chilled out by the pool. The guest bathrooms were really nice. Only issue was the air in the far back bedroom didn't see to cool the space. And the pool had alot of bugs, but that was probably just a filter issue. Other than that we had an awesome time. We would stay again if traveling to Fort Lauderdale.

The house is much larger than it appears in the photos. My friends and I had ample room to maintain privacy. The outside area is perfect for kicking back and enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. The location is quite residential and away from the popular beach areas and Wilton Manors but ubers were readily available. It would be nice to have better beach chairs and a cooler.
