This luxurious three-level home is the perfect mix of elegant and comfortable. The interior features rich hardwood floors and natural light reaches every corner of the home through numerous large windows.



Upon entering you'll find an open concept living area on the first floor. The living and dining rooms are conveniently connected and extend into a fully equipped kitchen. Each bathroom is stocked with all of the essential toiletries.

The historic Central West End is a bright and vibrant neighborhood named one of the top neighborhoods in the US and is known for its upscale shopping, dining and cozy coffeehouses.



The Central West End is a highly walkable area with art galleries, antique shopping, great nightlife venues and stunning turn-of-the-century homes all located on the eastern edge of Forest Park just a quick 5 minute drive from downtown St. Louis.



Whole Foods, Straub's, and Schnucks supermarkets are close by, as well as all the top attractions the city has to offer making this beautiful home the perfect place to base your group or family while visiting St. Louis.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.



St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. In addition, it allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.



TRUST & SAFETY

The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee include up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

    The only complaints that I have are that there were no dish towels and that the air conditioning has trouble keeping up so it gets a little stuffy in the bedrooms. More fans would help move the air around. Other than that, it is an excellent property. One of the very best that I have stayed at. The Manager was in constant contact and even gave me the code to the closet to retrieve paper towels.

    Great location! Spacious living! The only negative was the floors were extremely dirty. They suggested we remove our shoes upon entering. We did, then noticed our socks and bare feet were black. We then wore shoes all the time.

    Overall, the house was great. The communication was excellent. We checked in exactly when allowed, and the towels were still in the dryer. It took us until the next morning to get them dry. There weren't many dishes/cups - enough for 6 easily but 12 would be a stretch. There were a few areas that could use a little more attention, particularly cleaning the floors and blinds, and 1 bedroom still had clothes from a previous visitor in the dresser. It very comfortably slept 9 and the beds listed were accurate, but I don't know how it would sleep 12 unless two of the 12 were infants/toddlers and you used the provided air mattress or 2 slept on the (admittedly very large and wide) couches. On the plus side, there are plenty of places to sit and eat, the living room has lots of seating and is comfortable and nicely decorated, and the garage and roof deck are nice spaces to use.

    I was thrilled walking into the apartment. It was gorgeous. High dramatic ceilings. Spacious, light, high end remodel. Plenty of room. Walking to an exceptional breakfast place, Bowood, right down the street, then around the corner to Passport, a new coffee place. Down to the bookstore, Left Bank, then on to Whole Foods for groceries. Don’t miss the Basilica, awe inspiring, walking distance and a sanctuary for meditation.

    In town for a family reunion. Most of the family lives in and around the St Louis area but it was nice to have this place as a central hub for us to meet before/ after planned activities. The townhome was very comfortable and spacious. Rooftop patio was nice for afternoon cocktails, although the weather did not cooperate too well. Having the garage option for parking was a nice bonus and convenient when we had a quick hail storm. My kids loved this house, having their own kids room, and playing hide and go seek- so many places to hide! A few minor things to point out for visibility: the jets in the master bathtub did not work but sounds like based on other reviews this is just not a functional jetted bath. That’s ok. It was still big and my kiddos loved to join me for an evening soak. The ice maker for the fridge was not working/ dispensing- maintenance was supposed to come by and look at it, possibly replace the filter. Nobody came to look at that. There are only 2 tvs in the house; living and master. I think some additional tvs, especially being 3 stories, would be great. Makes it hard for other guests to get to a tv. Lastly, fireplace did not work and upon inquiry was told that it was non functional. Again, not big deals for us. Other than that the property management was great with communication and answering all of our questions. Location was quiet and seemed safe, everything in short drive distance. Had a great stay, thanks so much!

    This set up was ideal for two families taking a quick spring break getaway. The neighborhood is adorable and only ten minutes from all the museums and sites. I’d recommend this to any family. We especially loved making dinners in the large kitchen. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. 10/10 would stay there again.

    There was plenty of room for our holiday family gathering and the spacious kitchen with ample counter space was great for preparing meals. The location was very convenient to Central West End shopping and restaurants and the zoo. Communication from the host was very good and we would stay here again.

    We were in St. Louis for a Cardinal game. The home is conveniently located and is a short drive to the ballpark. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room to stretch out. The kitchen is big with a large table for gathering as well as an island. The bedrooms were very nice and roomy. We will certainly stay there again as a family.

    Spacious 3 story duplex with a great city view from its rooftop patio! Its 4 bedrooms and spacious open floor plan on the main level were perfect for our family reunion. The half bath off the living room made it easier on the old folks. Management was very responsive when I contacted them about a shortage of plates, glasses and utensils. They took great care to make sure we had what we needed quickly.

    Our stay at this property was great. It was perfect for our girls trip. The property is spacious and everything was clean. The communication from the management company was great. We didn’t need anything during our trip but they made sure to let us know they could be contacted with any issues or concerns. Property was conveniently located and a short drive to everything we wanted to see during our stay.
