Deborah went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay possible, including treats for adults and toys for our grandson. Her house is immaculate, and the surrounding area is safe and walkable.

The best in St. Louis!This was the perfect family-friendly home in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Getting to the zoo, science museum, and art museum was a breeze. The kids loved the pool and enjoyed the hot tub, too!Deborah was an amazing host—great communication and so thoughtful. She had activities and treats ready for us, which made our stay extra special.The house was full of fun toys for the kids and had a great movie collection—we even got to watch some of my childhood favorites!

This was the best place we have ever stayed! The host went above and beyond. She decorated the kids rooms in Disney themes and set up many special toys for the kids to play with, some of which they could even take home! She provided treats for the kids and eye masks for the parents. Everywhere we turned, there was something special waiting for us! The house was clean and charming; it felt like your favorite trip to Grandma's house as a kid! It was so cool! The pool was amazing, with plenty of fun floaties and even bubbles! Thanks for making us feel like royalty!

We had a great time. Everything was VERY clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. Lots of towels and tubes for the pool. We would 100% stay again.

The home has wonderful curb appeal and is full of charm. The host went out of their way to make the home inviting to the many children we had with us. The pool was wonderful. Everything was thought of in regard to floaties, towels, puddle jumpers, etc. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. Gas range was a big positive for the chef in the family. On street parking was perfect! Never had an issue parking our two vehicles out front. Not being able to stream forced the family to talk to one another which anymore is a lost art. Great house, neighborhood, and host!

This was the perfect location for going to the zoo, the science center, and the Botanical Gardens. Our family had so much fun in the early evenings playing in the heated pool!!!! There were many toys both indoors and out doors, to keep the children entertained. I would give 5 stars but the beds were not super comfortable, and the living room furniture, though it was adorable, it was not very comfy cozy for relaxing on after a long day. We had a great time and the host Debbie, was extremely thoughtful!

We had a wonderful time staying in this home. We were there for Easter and Deborah had age appropriate toys and treats for the kids. The house was very festive. We were close to many fun attractions. Parks and stores were walkable. We had a delicious Italian dinner on The Hill. I would rent this home again!

The owner went above and beyond to make the home ready for my grandsons. Toys, art supplies and many other kid-surprises were waiting all over the house when we arrived. The kids were in heaven and I felt they were welcome, and not just tolerated!The pool was great and we were able to enjoy it even on chilly days. The hot tub in the basement was fun too!Location was fantastic. It was 15 minutes from everything we wanted to see, plus walking distance to a nice park with playgrounds and also a fantastic donut shop. Now the grandkids want to live in St Louis when they grow up!

Very family friendly! Everything you need for little ones on up. Lots to do from swimming to board games.

We traveled with a first and sixth grader and everyone enjoyed themselves in this family friendly home! The hostess went above and beyond to make the stay for the whole family magical. Even though we traveled with kids, it was So Relaxing! Perfect family getaway!

Beautiful house and property. The Host thought of everything, down to the luxurious towels! The location was ideal just minutes outside the city. The pool was a huge hit with the Grands Close proximity to everything we wanted to do and see. Took in a Cardinals game, went up The Arch, saw the Zoo and the Science Museum. Also took a float trip on the Meramec River! What an adventure we had.

First of all, I cannot say enough about the host—Deborah. She was kind, prompt, and thoughtful and frankly delightful to work with, I felt very “cared for” on this trip. This is an older home in an older but cute part of town. The neighborhood felt safe. Lots of conveniences close by which was great. The location was perfect for us to do all things STL. We have 4 kids and this home was very functional for us to come back in the afternoon while our littlest napped and the rest of us could swim every day. The pool was great! The home is very clean and our kids appreciated all the fun things for them to do and thoughtful touches by the host. We were a little surprised there is no streaming or Roku, but we aren’t big tv people and there was an antenna and dvds, just surprised by the older tech. We also unfortunately struck out with appliances: the dishwasher stopped working mid-trip, the washing machine alarmed and had to be reset with each load, and we had issues with the grill on our last day. Deborah was very kind and prompt in her response to all of these which was appreciated but we were a little frustrated by the end of the trip as it seemed like it was constantly something. All in all, would definitely recommend this place to families as long as the appliances are all working :)

The neighborhood was nice and close to all activities and restaurants. The pool came supplied with fun floats and towels and was enjoyed by all. We had a great family trip!

First of all, what a great host. I cannot even say enough about her availability, quick response, and special touches that she did for our family. Home is close to everything. We had fun from the hot tub to the pool to the quick walk for donuts in the morning. We had such a great vacation.

We love this property and the owner. Deborah is delightful! She put so many personal touches on the home depending on the ages of the kids and the make up of the group. She had everything perfectly set up for us upon our arrival!! We loved this place so much that this is our second stay here. The pool is absolutely amazing and we spent lots of time swimming! The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and close to everything in St. Louis!! The kitchen is fully stocked, and we prepared the majority of our meals at home instead of taking four little kids to a restaurant :-) I cannot say enough great things about this property, and I fully expect that we will return again in the future!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. We have small children and it was nice to be in a quiet neighborhood and appreciated all of the little things that were left for the kids from toys to crayons/coloring books and so much more! We would definitely stay here again!
