Come and relax in this 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath, double car garage townhome located in Rim Village Vista. Located 5 miles south of downtown Moab, the rural location is away from the noise of the downtown area and yet it takes just a few minutes to drive to. Cable and wifi are included and the 36' extra long driveway allows you to park trailers or additional vehicles. Located near the pool, playground, hot tub, and tennis courts. There is a king bed, queen bed and 2 twin beds and a balcony off the master bedroom. The patio is a great place to enjoy the sun and the view of the Moab Rim. (patio furniture is not permissible on the upstairs balcony due to HOA guidelines)

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab.

Pool & Hot Tub Schedule:
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

    The propriety is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It is not located in the middle of everything, (you have to drive about 5 miles) to the town to eat or shop, but it is still pretty good. The neighborhood is very pretty and quiet, which is very nice. The WIFI is great, which was very important for us because me and my husband had to take some Zoom calls for work a couple of days. What was not that great: I would have been extremely happy with our choice except for certain details: - You will receive a surprise charge in your credit card with no warning. It will be for the booking fee that the company that manages the property charges. That is notified nowhere when you book through Expedia. I literally just saw the $95 charge pop up about two weeks later in my credit card charges. - The garage door didn’t have a door opener. When we called the management company to notify them, they just said that probably the previous tenant had forgotten to return it. So we had to get out of the car every time we got home to manually open the garage door, and close manually each time we left. - The light in the master bathroom was not working. We couldn’t use that bathroom at night, and instead we had to go the half bathroom in the 1st floor downstairs. - None of the remotes of the 2 TVs in the house were working. Maybe they just ran out battery and this was overlooked by the management company. But we had to get up to change channels or to turn off the TV.

    Everything for this property was very organized and made an easy arrival and departure. The house was well stocked and clean. The view was amazing! There was an empty garage that we were able to store our mountain bikes in. Also, the pool and hot tub were just steps away. My only tiny complaint was that the fees added up and made the nightly cost quite a bit more than I found in the original search. There were not hidden costs, just a lot of additional costs.

    Everything was really good. The soap in some dispensers was near empty when we arrived. Some trash wasn't completely emptied and wi-fi was spotty throughout the condo. Worth mentioning but very minor things. Otherwise, it was great.

Reviewer Comments: Spacious, clean, comfortable beds, roomy, well stocked kitchen, garage fits 2 large utvs, driveway length would fit a truck with an 18ft trailor. Plenty of parking close by for larger truck and trailers. We had 32ft and 22ft trailors with no issues parking them each night. We would definitely stay here again!

    The townhouse was clean, larger than expected & very nice. The views were great. Sitting on the patio, you could see the Red Rocks, there were flowering trees with humming birds in them. Very peaceful. Great communication with the management. Would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was the perfect place for us! Our kids loved being so close to the pool (this was one of the closest units to the pool). The house was clean and well stocked with essentials like towels, toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, etc. We visited Arches National Park (20 minute drive) and Canyonlands National Park (about 45 minute drive) during our visit- didn't really explore Moab much, but lots is available within 10-15 minutes of this rental. Home was in a nice, safe area and the other guests/residents in the complex seemed friendly. It was nice to have a garage to park in which was clean and spacious. We were on a long road trip, so it was nice to have space to clean out our van and repack it for the remainder of the trip. I didn't have any reason to contact the owner/manager, but they were very good about communicating essential information like check-in process, check-out, etc. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting Moab!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a good, reasonably quiet location in about 10-15 min drive from the center of Moab. Besides of not having basic toiletries in the upstairs bathrooms (Management company's choice), everything else was perfect. I would suggest to put coasters in the upstairs bedrooms to protect the furniture and the small rugs in the upstairs bathrooms (we only had towels). Moab is a fantastic town and the scenery and the hikes were amazing.
