This beautiful ocean front home is located at one of the most sought after beach locations on Fripp Island. 476 Tarpon offers a short, private boardwalk to the beach & gorgeous views.

This home has an open concept kitchen, dining & living area. There is a large deck on the front of the home with a picnic table & other seating. This deck is convenient to the kitchen & makes a great spot for outside meals. 476 Tarpon has five bedrooms with four full baths. Bedrooms 1, 2 & 3 are located on the main floor. These bedrooms offer a queen bed. There is a full bath between 2 of the bedrooms. There is a second full bath that is attached to the bedroom with the sunroom. This bathroom can also be accessed through a second bonus room & used as a powder room for the main floor. Two of the bedrooms have ocean views. One has a screened porch & one has a sunroom that can be accessed through the room & both the screened porch & sunroom open out onto the back deck. Bedrooms 4 & 5 are located upstairs. One offers a king bed and has a door that opens to the upstairs deck that offers canal & marsh views. The second bedroom located upstairs offers 2 twin beds. There are two full baths located in the hall, both convenient to the 2 upstairs bedrooms.

The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.

**Amenity cards are available for purchase when renting this home. You may purchase up to the amount that the property sleeps.

If you inquire about a property & the property is booked for the dates you prefer, we hope we can direct you to another property that will be as good or better for your needs.     Phenomenal experience. I loved working with Merissa. We didn’t need the resort card after all because our kids loved the beach. I don’t know that you could find a better beach house.

    We take a family vacation every other year and I don’t think we could have chosen a better place! Fripp Island is beautiful, the house was exactly what we needed and beach was clean and relatively quiet!

    We were told on Friday the day before we were to arrive that we could not stay in the house due to the elevator needing to be fixed. We did not need the elevator!!!!! They put us is a 4 bedroom condo which was cramped. We had no choice to take the condo because plane tickets And vacations had already been bought and taken. Still very angry about the whole situation. Makes me not want to rent threw VRBO again.

    We just got back from staying here and not only was the house amazing, the location on the island is perfect and the rental company was amazing to work with. Literally steps from the beach, the most amazing sunsets off the front porch and gorgeous sunrises from the back deck, plenty of room for multiple families. We will definitely be staying here again.

    This is an amazing house! The location is perfect and the view is breathtaking! Not sure the pictures even do it justice! The downstairs kitchen and living area is big and has lots of seating so it was good for our multiple family group! The back deck and seating on the walkway to the beach were our favorite spots! At one point we thought a golf cart wasn’t working properly and Bob had someone come out *immediately* to look at it so that was great! Very responsive. Make sure to bring things like dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels. There were plenty of cooking and other utensils. Even had some awesome beach toys at the house! Overall, this house was everything we needed and wanted. We will absolutely be back!

    We've vacationed on Fripp for many years. South Tarpon is our favorite summertime location on the island. This is a great house in the perfect location. Far enough down the island to be away from all the hubbub, but with great full time beach. The bedroom layout is great for a big extended family, and the kitchen/living area is spacious and modern. The upkeep on this house is excellent, the owners obviously take great pride in their home. I do wish there were a rug or two in the house. I know the sand is a beast with rugs, but it really dampens the noises in a big, wood floored home. But overall, this is a great house. We See 'Um Management is great with communication, and super prompt with anything you need.
