Great accommodation. Parents and grandparents on main floor and 8-22 yr olds downstairs.

Very close to pond with alligators. Also the ceiling in kitchen was leaking from air conditioner condensation. Not a problem for us but others may mind.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 457 Porpoise Circle. The sunrise views are fantastic, and we loved watching the deer, alligators, and birds during the week. The house has a nice layout for multiple families. Marnie (property manager) was extremely responsive when issues arose. The property could use a good deep clean and check for all light bulbs working, but it was a great spot for a family vacation.

What a perfect week with our family and friends! Check-in and communication with the property management were very easy. A member of our group deals with mobility issues but once he navigated the stairs into the home he easily moved throughout the house. We have been vacationing on Fripp for many years and the view was the best we’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a home to relax and enjoy mornings and evenings sitting out on a deck and enjoying the views of the ocean, golf course & lagoon this is the perfect house for you.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this home for 9 adults and 2 kids. The location was easily accessible with plenty of parking. The property manager called a day ahead to introduce herself and the owner emailed the day of check in with contact info in case of emergency which was nice. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of towels. The pictures don’t do the views justice. Would definitely stay here again.

Place was musty and many dead bugs all over when we arrived. Ripped furniture, torn screens on patio doors, air vents rusty and leaking water in kitchen, water poured through porch window frames when it rained and we had to move tv and put down towels, dishes had black mold we had to run them through dishwasher before using, moldy musty downstairs made guests sick and gutters had trees growing in them like never cleaned and I had asked about it months before when I drove by and contacted the manager who said it was scheduled to be cleaned. We enjoyed the view, amt of space and new sectional but I was embarrassed. Had batteries for one remote and burned out light bulbs in several bathrooms so mngr brought some the day after we arrived. None of the good out weighed the bad for a place we invested our vacation funds on. Shame on you for misleading and falsely representing this home. My friends and I deserve honesty and I hope the owner is aware of the poor condition and mngmt of his/her property.

We had a wonderful time at this home! Family of 16 fit nicely and we enjoyed everything from peaceful moments on the deck to wild game nights around the table! There were deer, every single day! The beach was a short golf cart ride away and the island was amazing in October. We plan to return until we outgrow the house!

This house was perfect! It was spacious with more than enough beds. Perfect for families with lots of kids. The views from the deck and den were AMAZING! It was a great entertainment space for meals as the kitchen is open to the den and we loved the small room off the kitchen for a little relaxation. The yard is spacious for parking and playing. Loved having the extra fridge in the garage. Golf cart worked very well. Great stay at this wonderful house at our favorite island!
