Stayed Sep 2, 2022We had a wonderful time at this rental property. It’s in a great location for walking or biking to the harbor and the farmers market. The amenities are fabulous! Having the beach chairs, beach umbrellas , and beach bikes was a huge plus???? It was a very hot weekend for Oxnard so thank goodness the owner left fans! We are all our meals out on the beautiful deck and enjoyed watching the boats go by. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family :)

We had a blast taking out the duffy boat and seeing everything on the Marina ( including other boats) decorated for the 4th of July holiday.

Reviewer Comments: We were a little skeptical about renting a house during this Covid 19 era, but when my friend who also stayed there previously assured me about cleaness and neatness about the house we were convinced. It's a well maintained and tastefully decorated house which sits right on the channel. We enjoyed the balcony, the duffy and the quietness of the area a lot. There's a garage but no direct access from the house but the house is on a cul de sac type of street so there wasn't much traffic. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it.

Stayed Jul 11, 2020we loved our week here! The house was set up and stocked perfectly with everything you might need, the beds were super comfortable and the deck was cool and relaxing. The highlight for us was having the boat- we loved cruising around the marina. Would highly recommend this house and will come back!
