The Space:

This oceanfront home has the best front-row seat to every sunrise and sunset, with abundant natural light and stars at night. A panoramic view of the ocean from almost every window in the house, you will surely be delighted! Kitchen flooring was redone in 2026! Located on a quiet Cul-de-sac, with avery short walk to the Ocean Point Golf Course and Pro Shop, Driving Range & Ocean Point Grille. This home will comfortably accommodate up to 12.



425 Ocean Point Lane has 6 large bedrooms and 5.5 baths. Starting on the top floor where 5 of the bedrooms are located, there is 1 king, 3 queens, and 2 twin beds. The king bedroom upstairs has a Roku smart TV and an en suite bathroom. 1 queen bedroom and the kids' bedroom have an en suite bathroom. The other two queen bedrooms share a bathroom. All queen bedrooms upstairs have access to the back deck through their French doors. Lastly, the primary bedroom is on the main floor and has a king bed, Roku Smart TV with Cable Live Television, and French doors. The master bedroom has a large en suite bathroom with a step-in shower, soaking tub, and 2 separate sinks.



Featuring a large deck upstairs with new Polywood seating! An overhang was added to this deck in 2025 to provide shade and allow for use during rainy days. A 2-car garage and 2 extra spaces in the driveway. The 3rd TV is in the living room and has Cable live television. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home keeps you connected. Full-size stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen. A standalone mini fridge allows you extra room to store drinks. Outdoor shower for easy beach cleanup. Large open living and dining room with a breathtaking ocean view. At low tide, the beach is accessible from the access in the backyard. During the rest of the day, you will need to explore the central part of the island for 24-hour beach access.



The View:

This Ocean Point Lane home is backed up directly to the ocean, with the large French doors offering a 180-degree view of the Atlantic Ocean from the living room and master bedroom. All 3 main bedrooms upstairs share the same view, allowing you to wake up to the sound of waves, then walk out onto the deck for your morning cup of coffee. Ahhhh. Truly one of the best views on the island.



Please read, as there are a few recommendations for the home:

1. To open the garage, come into the house first and press the middle of the up and down button on the garage opener. Please close it from the inside as well. You can come in through the back or from upstairs.

2. The right side of the garage is lower to the ground, so if you have a tall car parked on the left side.

3. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE ROAD OR IN THE NEIGHBOR'S YARD ACROSS THE STREET. If you have too many cars to fit in the garage and driveway, park at the golf course, as it is only a 2-minute walk from the home! (Get a pass to park at the golf course in the pro shop).

4. Please do not unplug the sprinkler system in the garage

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
