Stayed Feb 7, 2026This is our 2nd year staying in this cute bungalow. LOVE the fenced in backyard with the beautiful live oak. The home is furnished with everything you need…. the beds are comfortable, and the home is spacious. THANK YOU for allowing pets in your home! . Will most definitely return again.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025We’ve used Emmons before so I knew the house would be charming, and it did not disappoint. Room for everyone and so close to the beach!! Quiet neighborhood, and close to the village/pier. Will DEFINITELY be back.

Although this is an older beach house, it was immaculately clean and all necessities were provided. It’s a short walk to the beach, and we liked the fenced in yard for our dog. Would book again if traveling with dog! The beds were comfortable too.

The fenced in back yard was great for our dogs. It’s a short walk to the beach and a slightly longer walk to the pier area, which has shopping and restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet and not a lot of traffic. It made for a lot of pleasant walks with the dogs. House was clean, everything worked as stated. Rental company was easy to work with when we needed to extend the stay for a few days due to poor weather and road conditions on the way home.
