421 Irie: Simply Charming 2 Story COTTAGE!! Private Pool!! 1 Off Street Parking!

Liz was the PERFECT host for our Girlfriends' Birthday Staycation. Her home was the perfect location for us to relax and de-stress, re-charge with some vitamin D by the pool. Liz gave us great tips on avoiding traffic, activities and restaurants. Her home allowed us to leave her oasis with a feeling that Everything is going to be alright...IRIE!! We will definitely look forward to returning.THANK YOU LIZ!

We had an excellent stay in this home, everything we could possibly need was provided.The home is in a great location to explore the area and within easy walking distance of the centre of Annapolis.Loved watching the wildlife in the garden and relaxing in the sun room - an oasis of calm after a day out.The house is very clean, well maintained and generously stocked.We rent VRBO houses regularly and this is one of the best!Liz is a great host, we are glad we selected this home and would happily return and recommend it to others.

The home was very welcoming! The chosen decor was beautiful and the backyard was so pretty with the flowers and the other landscaping lent to a very relaxing atmosphere. The proximity of the house to several great restaurants was perfect and a short 15-20 min walk to downtown. A perfect girls weekend place!

This property is STUNNING!!! It is an amazing gem in Eastport and so walkable to restaurants and cute benches/waterfront seating. The home is well appointed and sunroom was FABULOUS to spend time in. We had our visit in spring but can see where the pool would be a main attraction in the summer months. We were out exploring most of the daylight but evenings were spent playing scrabble in the sunroom with family and enjoying our time together. So much to explore and IRIE 421 was the perfect home-base for my parents and I to enjoy the Annapolis area and history.

This property is absolutely amazing. The attention to detail is outstanding. The host was such a pleasure to communicate with. I will absolutely stay here again and recommend to Everyone! The location was a dream and the off street parking made things so much easier. I can’t stress enough how wonderful this experience was

Everything about the cottage was exactly as described. It’s a beautiful, well maintained space in the heart of Eastport. Such a great location within walking distance to a number of restaurants. I so appreciated the extra touches from our host!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Our favorite spot was definitely the sunporch—it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy some quiet time.The owner was very responsive and thoughtful, which made the whole experience even better. The beds were comfortable and we slept great each night.The location was also excellent. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and easily stroll across the bridge into town, which made exploring the area very convenient. Overall, a great stay and we would happily come back.

We had the best time and loved the house. The Host was very accomodating with answering questions and allowing us to check in early, and stay later than check out time. The hosue is the cutest, well stocked with everything you cokd think of needing. The beds were comfortable, shower was great and furniture comfortable. We were able to walk downtown with ony a short walk. There are restaurants within walking distance. We will definately recommend and book again if visiting the Annapolis area.

Very nice, cozy property with a beautiful backyard. The kitchen was well stocked, and the host provided a welcome cheese and wine board. One item to improve the comfort of this home would be to get better couches for the living room and sunroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

This was the perfect place for the three of us. While we could easily walk (or ride the bikes!) All over Eastport and downtown, it was really nice to also have a place to park the rental car. I would highly recommend this super cute, well-appointed little cottge. Liz was so communicative, offering us early check in and late check out. Gorgeous decor and beautiful gardens.

Great property! We loved our stay. Liz was fantastic and easy to reach if needed. It was close to USNA and easy to either UBER or walk.

This was the perfect place for my high school friends weekend girls trip. The house's proximity to restaurants/bars and downtown was fantastic! Great use of space and the amenities were top notch. We had amazing chats while wading in the pool. Thanks for also for the great weather.

Wonderful weekend stay for our multi-generation family visit. Everything was exactly as described and Liz was very easy to connect with. We did some light cooking and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. We loved all of the extra touches and conveniences. Easy access to Annapolis and lots of great food/drink options within easy walking distance. I wouldn't hesitate to book another stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage with an amazing backyard retreat. We had the pleasure of meeting our host Liz and she is super nice and extremely responsive. We are so happy we found this cottage and hope to have future visits.

My family had a great time staying here during a lacrosse tournament. Host was the best and the house was great. My boys loved the pool and adults loved the proximity to the restaurants and bars. Will stay here again in future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! From check in to check out, everything was a dream. The location has tons of cute restaurants (Adam’s on 4th was a favorite) and is super convenient. We visited during a heatwave and the pool was invaluable. The owner, Liz,has obviously worked very hard to make this place feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Early summer stay and the house, especially the pool, was very clean and tidy. Relaxing and secluded outdoor area with a larger than expected pool for the kids to enjoy. About 0.5 miles to the center of town with excellent restaurants less than 0.25 miles away in Eastport.

Wonderful experience - host is gracious and extremely accommodating. House is gorgeous- beds were clouds to dream on. Location is amazing. Should never head back to Annapolis- this is my place. Off street parking was a serious perk. Book this before someone else does- you won’t regret it!

Wonderful house in a great location

Beautifully decorated small house. Very well equipped; complimentary beverage, cheeses and charcuterie tray were a pleasant surprise. Despite being only barely into spring there were lots of flowers blooming in the backyard garden.

My friends and I were looking for a relaxing place to have a long weekend - this place was great! The location was wonderful and the house had everything we needed. The host was a fabulous communicator and helped us with everything we needed! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Great location.

The property is in an excellent location in downtown Eastport. You can walk to all of the restaurants. The house was well equipped with everything that you could possibly need. The sun room was a great gathering spot for our family to watch the NFL and other shows. We hope to return in the summer when we can walk around the town of Annapolis.

Husband and I stayed here with our adult sons to visit local family for the Thanksgiving holiday. Was the perfect location to visit family in the Annapolis, Howard Co and DC area and come home to relax in the evening. The property is spotless and nicely appointed (beautifully decorated w/lots of local flavor). It was also extremely well stocked with kitchen/bathroom essentials and then some. Liz was easy to contact via text and super responsive. It was truly like being at home. Highly recommend this property. I'm sure it's very lovely in the summer too with the backyard garden in bloom and the pool. Unfortuantely, we couldn't get the clothes washer to work but not really a big deal - just did all the laundry when we got hom

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property owner was incredibly nice and accommodating. The home was very clean and cozy... Tue bed was very comfortable. It also helped that there was a Ruth Chris at the end of the street.

Close to downtown Annapolis, restaurants

We took a quick weekend getaway to Annapolis. It was our first time there and we loved it. The location of the house is perfect. We were so close to the bay with tons of restaurants nearby. It was a quiet neighborhood though so we didn’t feel like we were in a party scene. The house was so clean. The pool was huge (bigger than expected), and the host went above and beyond. Liz was an excellent communicator. She had more than enough essentials at the house that made our stay so relaxing. I felt very safe and comfortable reaching out to her if we had any trouble. She was a top tier host for sure. We highly recommend and highly enjoyed our stay!
