Harris real estate was great. AC on top floor didn't work on arrival. Someone from Harris was there within 10 mins and fixed. Bushes around side of house were overgrown and hard up against outside unit. The outside stair case step made it very hard to get to back of driveway without driving into bushes along the side. Rear door to patio on bottom floor had a broken door latch so couldn't keep door shut. Other than the bedroom it was the only access to bottom floor due to gardener breaking front door on day prior. Bbq worked fine but is getting rickety and rusty. Bottom bedroom screen door was falling apart. Top balcony gate was rusted and not worth having up there. It's not far from breaking away at the bottom and would be unsafe if there were small children up there.For the sake of under 1000 in repairs all these things could be rectified and i don't believe there'd be any complaints at all. The house was great otherwise. Good layout for 2 families, good location, clean with all amenities, nice backyard. We would rent again for sure. Would be nice to see points above rectified next time though.

I was unable to use the stairs so, I was a bit disappointed that the upstairs was nicer than the ground floor. Therefore, as a family we were separated for quite a bit of the time.

Our 2 x families of 4 enjoyed this lovely home and the close proximity to the beaches along the coast. The owners thought of everything in the kitchen and the home was set up tastefully and practically. The backyard space was a hit with the kids and the BBQ was a great addition to the backyard area. For some reason we thought the stairs to go upstairs would be inside the house but they are on the outside of the house so you’ll need to go outside to go between upstairs and downstairs (which wasn’t an issue for us - just something to consider). Hot water can run out with use so just be aware - but for us not a big issue. We imagine that teenagers would enjoy having the downstairs lounge area with the big screen tv and PlayStation. If you’re light sleepers downstairs just be aware that you’ll hear people walking around etc upstairs (again, not a problem for us). It was nice to have the balcony for the warmer nights - meals and drinks there were great. Plenty of space - it’s a winner !
