Stayed Sep 12, 2025The smoke alarm battery started beeping at 2am. I called and talked to the after hours person who has apparently never had a smoke alarm beeping in the middle of the night. No one ever called back. We had to figure out a way to get the smoke alarm down that was 20 feet high without a ladder. This was Friday night. We asked for some financial consideration for this and we did find a gift card to a restaurant on our counter on Monday, however we already had dinner plans so couldn’t use the gift card. A refund in the amount that was spent on the gift card would have been much more welcome. The unit was nice otherwise.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025The zero entry pool was very good for young children, and the pool overall was large and spacious. Also enjoyed the hot tub. Location is great - close to everything in upper keys and not too far from everglades and Miami.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed our stay. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. The property is very nice with the 2 pools and a little bit of area to walk around. The unit was clean and as described. The balconies overlooking the pool were very nice. We used the blackstone grills quite a few times. SUGGESTS: We visited the Theater of the Seas which the kids enjoyed. The Turtle Hospital was very interesting. It has been some years since we last visited Robbies, so we were pleasantly surprised with the improvements there. We ate breakfast there before a fishing trip and also fed the tarpon. Everyone was helpful and considerate.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Nice pool The email just before arrival freaked me out because it was talking about needing to call to set up after hours key pick up but I thought I had already done everything (which I had). I think it is a standard email but it would be better customer service if it was personalized to each situation.
