This property is located in the marina and has a private dock. At approximately 4,104 square feet, it is our largest boat dock home. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place with everything you need to make the most out of your stay. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook and the garage is filled with toys...kayaks, SUPs, bikes, life jackets and more. The location is great and within walking distance to food and shops.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our second stay at the Marina Mansion. The house is clean and has a large gathering space downstairs that allows for areas to play games, talk, eat, etc. The available, bikes, kayaks and paddle boards are a very useful benefit and brought us many hours of fun. Easy walk dining, the beach and other attractions. A good value for the money. The property manager was very easy to work, they were accurate, courteous and responsive.

Stayed Jul 29, 2023Gorgeous setting with such a spacious house and deck! We loved the dock and kayaks and paddle boards. Our family from age 6 to 71 enjoyed the entire experience.

Stayed Jul 3, 2023What an awesome house!!! We had a wonderful time!! The kids loved it and my son who has a boat was so grateful for the boat dock!! It was clean and the kitchen was perfect. It allowed the person cooking to be apart for cooking purposes and still be included in all the activities. Thank you so much we will be back!!!

Reviewer Comments: This is our families 6 year at the Marina Mansion, each year we have had wonderful experiences. This a great place for family fun, with kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, and there is a great paddle board tennis court close by, my kids had a great competition there this last weekend. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with all the things you need to make wonderful meals. We had a great weekend!

Stayed Oct 7, 2022Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very nice but rental agency support was inadequate and frustrating. There was no screen on the master bedroom sliding door, the freezer drawer was broken and unusable but there was a second refrigerator in the garage. Still waiting to receive our security deposit.
