Located on Ocean Avenue just a few blocks above all the downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea boutique shops, galleries and restaurants and a short walk to all Carmel attractions. Park your cars in the driveway and walk to the weekly farmers market, Carmel Plaza or venture down to the beach. Easy access to Highway One for a southerly scenic drive to Big Sur, or northward to the Monterey Peninsula. Golfing, hiking and dining options are many, and this is the perfect home to stay at when you are attending special events like Monterey Car Week, Carmel Bach Festival or Pebble Beach® Food and Wine.

Living Space
This charming single-level home is 1,200 sf. The living area is home to comfortable furnishings, a wood burning fireplace and a wifi-enabled Smart TV where guests can log into their streaming subscriptions and watch their favorite shows (guests should bring their logins).

Outside is a lovely small fenced garden space and a gas BBQ grill.

Kitchen and Dining
The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary endeavors and eating meals at home will be a breeze.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king bed and a separate space with a queen sleeper sofa (this secondary area is also home to the washer and dryer) in addition to an en suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub combination.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.
The full hall bathroom has a standing shower.
The living area has a queen sleeper sofa that is perfect for an overnight guest.

The home is equipped with a washer and dryer for guest use that is located in the primary suite.

Air conditioning is infrequently needed in this mild region, but this home is equipped with central air conditioning for rare hot days.

Off-street parking in the driveway for 2-3 vehicles and a 1-car garage.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
