40 Ocean Breeze: Beautiful Updated Pet Friendly, Free Bikes, Tennis & Pool

Nice property located closed to the beach. We missed not having at least one pool and heated open at this time of year but otherwise every thing else was fine.

Very nice accommodations for our group of 4 staying on Hilton Head for a golf trip. The location was tricky to find due to the address but got help from some neighbors. Host was very responsive--there was no coffee carafe and one was left the next morning as promised.

Overall - lovely experience. One thing I didn't love - the mattresses were super firm - too much for my comfort level. So, I doubt I would want to stay in that unit again. It was tough for us to sleep. But everything else was just as it said it would be - so, we enjoyed our stay. Parking was tight, but it worked and we didn't have any real issues. Just some multi-point turns to get in and out. Hilton Head is a wonderful place to visit!

Very clean! Spacious and there was plenty of room for my family(husband, 3 teenagers). Having the bikes was amazing!! It's the best way to get to the beach. The walk is long. Parking is tight. But we always had our spot. Plenty of kitchen stuff to cook with. The A/C works wonderfully! Always nice and cool! Downstairs bedroom is very bright at night(bring a sleep mask). The bathroom is smaller downstairs too but there are two more upstairs with plenty of room. Close to Coligny, shops, Publix is an 8-10 minute drive. There's a Kroger too. Quiet house with plenty of privacy. Check in and out was easy. Oh! And there were beach chairs, boogie boards, skim board, a beach wagon to pull everything down to the beach(take Adler public access to the beach, it's easiest) in a closet for us to use! Books, puzzles, magazines.... great place!! Plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. Washer and dryer were amazing to have as well!

Management company was a nightmare to deal with. Professionalism and communication was just awful. We will not stay with this company again.

Everything was great except beds were not comfortable, the fridge went out. Door was messed up. But I called and they brought out a little fridge for us and fixed the door in a timely manner. It is not a great area. Other than the beds and the small tv Everything was great. I like to lay in bed and watch tv but the tv was so small i couldn't. If I knew that they fixed the beds, I would stay again.

The condo was perfect for our needs. We had three children with us, ages 5, 9, and 11. The 9 and 11 easily rode bikes to the beach. There are beach toys and chairs and a wagon to carry them. There are three pools in the complex and we visited all of them. The condo is well situated near Coligny and Sea Pines. We had a great time.

Two sisters with husbands and two children each--stayed here very comfortably. Nice pool, good location to beach, beach chairs etc in closet--very appreciated. Would recommend to families.

Let me start by saying that we absolutely love Hilton Head! The location of this townhouse is perfect. Right in the middle of everything. I will say that the 3 bathroom upgrades were done very nicely. The new living room furniture was well chosen and comfortable. Now for the bad news: the kitchen needs a lot more than just a facelift. The cabinets are old and pretty damaged, the icemaker is inoperable, the stove came apart during our stay and, it’s an understatement if I say that there is an excessive amount of items in the kitchen cabinets (67 coffee cups - no joke). We did speak to the property management team, Island Rentals, and they could not have been any more accommodating. Jay, especially was an absolute rockstar!! We had an issue with the bed in the master bedroom and they did all that they were permitted to do by the owner, swapped mattresses. If you are only staying for a week, you might be able to look past a few of these things, but when it’s an extended stay, a difficult mattress is really hard to put up with. We even purchased an 100 mattress pad in an effort to help the situation. All in all, we love the development and will return…. likely just renting another unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. 40 Ocean Breeze was perfect for our family of six. The place is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The upstairs bedrooms and baths are fabulous. The downstairs bathroom is a bit small but functional. The owners have provided all of the beach necessities. Parking is a little tight. Our only recommendation for the property was would be to improve the signage on the units and add more lighting for guests arriving after dark. We will definitely stay here again!
