This luxurious four-level building is the perfect mix of elegant and comfortable. The interior features rich hardwood floors and natural light reaches every corner of the home through numerous large windows.

Unit 1 - Three Floors - 4 Bedrooms

This unit has four bedrooms and sleeps 12. You'll find three bedrooms on the second floor, including a king master with a crib and full-size air mattress in the closet, another queen bedroom, and the third has a full-size and a twin bed. The third floor is a queen with an attached full bathroom.



Unit 2 - Three Floors - 4 Bedrooms

This unit has four bedrooms and sleeps 11. You'll find three bedrooms on the second floor, including a king master with an air mattress in the closet, a queen bedroom, and the third has a full-size and a twin bed. The third floor is a queen master bedroom.



Unit 3 - 2 Bedrooms

This unit has four bedrooms and sleeps 6. This unit has one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and one full-size air mattress.

BATHROOMS

Your group can choose from 8 full and 2 half stylish and fully-stocked bathrooms. Both of the larger units have 3.5 baths, which include a half bath on the 1st floor, a full bath in the 2nd-floor master, another full in the 2nd-floor hallway, and a third full bath on the 3rd floor. Downstairs units have another full bath each.

You have access to both rooftop decks where you can get some fresh air, soak in the sun, and enjoy panoramic views of the neighborhood.

The historic Central West End is a bright and vibrant neighborhood named one of the top neighborhoods in the US and is known for its upscale shopping, dining and cozy coffeehouses.



The Central West End is a highly walkable area with art galleries, antique shopping, great nightlife venues and stunning turn-of-the-century homes all located on the eastern edge of Forest Park just a quick 5 minute drive from downtown St. Louis.



Whole Foods, Straub's, and Schnucks supermarkets are close by, as well as all the top attractions the city has to offer making this beautiful home the perfect place to base your group or family while visiting St. Louis.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.



St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.



PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING

This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. It allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.



GUEST VERIFICATION

SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.



TRUST & SAFETY

The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee include up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.



The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $198 fee is collected at the time of payment and labeled as Trust & Safety Fee or Management Fee.

This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.

    This is a beautiful property! I loved the large, open floor plan on the main floors. It was great for our large family. And the owners were very communicative and helpful! And its in a great location!

    The floorplan worked fine for our large extended family. It would have been nicer if there wasn't a fence between the two back yards.The AbodeBucks check in and check out policy is awful. This is the only vacation rental I have ever stayed in that has a check-in after 5pm and check-out before 10am. I asked multiple times over the several months between booking and staying if we could adjust those times by an hour on either side, but they would not accommodate us. When we arrived just after 5pm, we discovered the reason - they have a single housekeeper cleaning the entire property (she was still wrapping up when we arrived)! AbodeBucks needs to have a team do this so that check-in/out times are reasonable, and the house is properly cleaned. Additionally, the kitchens are very poorly stocked. We had to buy salt and pepper, saran wrap, tin foil, coffee... all the things that are typically stocked in a vacation rental were not there. Additionally, there were not enough plates in either of the big units to serve the people staying in the unit, much less a combined group. We had to keep carrying plates and silverware between all the units and then put it all back at the end. There was a decided lack of serving utensils, baking pans, and other general cooking utensils.

    This was a beautiful property with plenty of common spaces and plenty of sleeping areas as our family shifted through the wedding weekend. It also has kitchens that are well stocked with pans and plates to cook and plenty of area to seat the family for service. If we had attended the wedding and had to stay at a hotel, we wouldn’t have near the memories and pictures from our milestone.

    We rented all four units for a family reunion and each unit was recently remodeled with wonderful taste. All modern and very comfortable. Perhaps a couple of long blocks from restaurants in the CWE but definitely walkable. The deck on top of the third floor had a spectacular view or the downtown skyline, Cathedral and all. Great for a night cap. That Deck made it stand above other units. Great.

    The facilities worked out perfectly for our large group, allowing us to gather, celebrate together, cook meals in the various kitchens and have a wonderful time overall. There were some loose door knobs, an icemaker that was not working and directions to the garages off the alleyway would have been helpful. More outdoor trash cans would have been helpful. Overall, the accommodations worked well!
