This detached 4 star holiday home is located in close to the city, situated in a quiet side street of the village Vilanija.

The whole house is on 2 floors with a basement and has an area of about 300 m². The whole decor is very modern and complies with the rather slightly higher standard. The ground floor offers approximately 100 sqm a fully furnished bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, a living room with a very large bed and a relaxation corner for reading and relaxing, a flat screen television (incl. Satellite TV) and an air conditioner. The adjoining fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dining area with dining table and 6 chairs, as well as an adjoining bathroom with shower and a separate guest toilet.
The first floor also offers about 100 m² living space. This includes 2 bedrooms (in one of them is a TV (incl. Satellite TV) available) with double beds and a living room with fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, and a small dining table with 4 chairs. The adjoining open plan living area, there is a very large double bed with side board and a shelf, and therefore it is not too hot, even here there is another air conditioning available. The basement (basement) consists of an entrance hall. A bathroom with shower and washing machine and a bedroom with a double bed and a separate single bed (suitable for a couple with one child).

On the ground floor are each 1 air conditioning installed in the living room and bedroom.
Upstairs are 2 air conditioners (1 in living room and even 1 in the bedroom).

On the large terrace (which is accessible from the ground floor) can be seen on the two garden chairs and the two associated small tables to sunbathe and sip a drink. The upper floor also has a slightly smaller terrace with a wooden table and two chairs. This terrace is accessible from the living area and one bedroom. Relax at a barbecue in the garden with garden furniture, the associated fully equipped summer kitchen which equipped with electric cooker, Oven and dishwasher can be used. When it rains, you do not have to give up the grill, because in the summer kitchen is furnished with beautiful rattan furniture, you can enjoy sitting comfortably together.
The plot is partially fenced (back and sides), from the road you can go to the 3 car parks which in front of the main entrance are. A closed garage is also available. Since the street is very little traffic, the house also for children and dogs is ideal.

The property is not suitable for wheelchair users because stairs are provided on a side of the house, as well as from the terrace to the patio. If necessary, a travel cot, cot, high chair or a wading pool for the little ones can be erected.

The nearest beach (stony) the tourist village Stella Maris is about 7 km. This is very easy to reach by car. The car can be parked about 200 meters off the beach. Several paved or rocky roads lead there. For smaller errands you find the small mom and pop shop in Petrovija, which is removed from Vilanija 2km. In the center of Umag, as well as around several supermarkets and restaurans available. Vilanija is a small suburb, which is about 4 km from Umag.
