Completely renovated and fresh house on the outskirts of cozy Södra Vi where you are close to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's World. You are also close to beautiful nature with forests and nice walking trails. A popular excursion destination is the beautiful Krönbadet, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip on hot summer days. The house is completely renovated inside and will also be completely renovated outside before the rental with a nice sunroom, new roof and new paint. (So more outdoor pictures coming soon). You have a nicely decorated kitchen with the amenities you need and a patio door out to the new nice sunroom. Small refrigerator with freezer compartment and small dishwasher. The living room offers a cozy sofa corner with sofa bed and a practical and nice dining area for shared meals. A steep staircase takes you up to the cozy sleeping loft where you sleep comfortably in a double bed and two single beds. You can also cycle the 8km along less paved roads to Vimmerby. The area also offers several filming locations from Astrid Lindgren's films - a unique experience for both young and old. For the active, there are exciting activities such as climbing and a high-altitude course about 2 km away. Don't miss a visit to the impressive Rumskullaeken - one of Europe's largest oaks - or a quiet walk in beautiful Brunnsparken. A grocery store and pizzeria are nearby in Södra Vi. Here you get the best of both worlds - proximity to experiences and at the same time the tranquility of Småland's nature.
