Had a great stay!! House was clean, everything as described. Communication was easy. Would rent again!!

The house overall was very likeable. There is plenty of space for large parties. The pool is warm and the palm trees give you a shady spot when the afternoon warmth hits. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. The area feels safe and filled with friendly neighbors. My only complaints were one toilet had a valve leak causing water to go on the floor and the toilet chain broke twice. The other issue was the pool was not clean when we arrived and we had to ask for it to be cleaned, causing them to come in the middle of the day Monday when we wanted to use it (rather than early in the morning). After, the pool cleaners arrived unannounced Saturday afternoon when we also wanted to use it, and we had to sit outside the pool for 3+ hours, which was again disappointing. The fire alarms also kept beeping in the house for unknown reasons and we had to call to get them fixed (batteries were all replaced). However, issues were resolved promptly by the staff and maintenance people were friendly.

The property was great. The property was clean. Just a nice walk to the beach and the pool was so nice. The bed was one of the best beds we have had on any vacation. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Our family of 5 had a great time! The pool is perfect size for young kids and it is a 6 minute walk to the beach hauling a wagon and walking with toddlers. The house had everything we needed.

Our stay was perfect. The home is very large and the layout was exactly right for our family. 2 bedrooms on one side of the house with a door to close off extra noise and 2 on the other. Made nap time and bedtime for the grandkids a breeze. The home was spotless when we arrived.

The house/property is awesome. We loved everything about the property, specially the location and the community. With a 4 minute walk to the beautiful beach the kids loved the house. Small things that we did not like or may be improved is 1. The hot water in the house had a rotten egg smell to it. Not sure its there for all houses in that community. 2. The internet speed was slow. 3. The pool could not be heated.

Fantastic stay in a perfect location. The home is large, beautiful and well equipped with everything that you need for our getaway. Walking distance to the beach, awesome pool and ideal location for exploring Hilton Head Island. Highly, highly recommend!!!

The home was comfortable and roomy enough. We enjoyed our time there. House exterior could use a good power wash. Disappointed that the deck was not completely usable. Definitely in need of repair.

Absolutely loved our family vacation in this beautiful spacious home. Loved waking up to those spectacular views every morning. Extremely family friendly. Gorgeous quiet neighborhood minutes from the beach was a hit for all of us. Newly built pool was a cherry on top! Responsive hosts. We had everything we needed and more! The property was nicely appointed with all of the comforts of home. There was plenty cookware to prepare meals and access to a grill for grilling. The layout of the home was conducive to affording our family spaces to gather during the day and ample spaces to retreat to after a busy day of sightseeing or day at the beach. This property definitely deserves a 5-star review!

We stayed for 6 days on a family vacation in August. Location was great within close walking distance to the beach and a nice neighborhood for walking and biking around. There was lots of room to kick back and relax and we loved the pool. House was well appointed for some home cooked meals. We really enjoyed our stay.

Although it was a little dense to comb through, there was plenty of information provided by iTRIP in advance of and during our trip. Some of the email instructions were not perfectly clear and some conflicted with what our account rep. told us to do (take trash out vs don't take the cans down to the road). However, Steven was very reponsive to any text that I sent with a few questions. The house had anything we could have needed and we felt taken care of.

First I want to say that the whole reservation process was very easy. Check-in was totally seamless from the car passes to entering the home. The home was VERY clean and everything worked. The pool was very clean and very enjoyable. The walk to the beach was just the right distance. We have vacationed every year in Hilton head with our kids and now with our kids and grandkids. We have stayed in SEVERAL different places through the years from one house off of the beach to small condos. I will have to say that this one 53 sea lane was one of our favorites if not THE favorite. Itrip website was Awesome and informative. Great job!

Great location for a family with kids. Ocean is close and the pool is a great when we didn't want to go far. Management was responsive.

We rode bikes, walked to the beach, walked the beautiful neighborhood and had a fantastic time! The house was perfect and fit our family perfectly. We will definitely return!

Great home for a family. Young adults all had their space. Enjoyed our stay. The pool was a nice addition (but will need to clean the leaves and debris out frequently). Wish we would have stayed longer.

This home was clean and spacious with beautiful views of the golf course and apparently a pool still new enough to have the permits displayed. It rained for half of our stay so the cozy living room sofas with a beautiful view were appreciated. The last few days we got to enjoy the pool which was awesome and is surrounded by a magical tile that literally retains no heat. The walk to the beach fairly short at 6-7 mins and has a really nice path for access. The only suggestion I have is checking on the state of the pots/pans and including at least salt and pepper for guests, but these are minor issues for an otherwise excellent stay. Thanks!

This house is gorgeous. Quiet setting. Pretty views in the back. Quick and very pleasant walk to the beach. Palmetto Dunes is wonderful. Queen mattress a little hard and uncomfortable. That’s our only complaint.

On Tuesday, May 6th there was maintenance being conducted on the HVAC/pool system for several hours. This entailed constant drilling and hammering all afternoon. We were not informed this was going to happen and the noise disrupted our plans for that afternoon. IF we had known, we could have adjusted our schedule. I emailed the host letting them know and requesting a half day credit due to the hours of noise. I received no response. The house was lovely and we would love to give a five star review but unless this situation is resolved, we will not.

5 stars from us!!! Spent a week there and my family loved it! Great view of the golf course with easy access to the beach. Plenty of room and spacious. Very comfortable. Hope to stay here again!

I can’t say enough about the location of this property!!! It’s three blocks from the beach and the neighborhood is quaint and peaceful. If you want a relaxing getaway this is the place!!

Lots of room for a group of friends in a beautiful community and a very short walk to the beach.
