We had a set of unfortunate circumstances and needed to extend our stay. The host was compassionate and helpful making that happen

Delightful home with comfortable lounge furnishings, good dining and kitchen facilities, provided all our adult group needed, which was five bedrooms and social spaces for a sunny September week at Eastham. The deck facilities and garden fire pit were appreciated. It’s a place we would recommend.

Overall was a great house that fit everyone comfortably. We were only 6 adults, however there is room for up to the 10 in the description. Reading I believed that there would be nothing there, however a nice surprise, I did lug up bulky paper towels and toilet paper which took up valuable room in the car. All and all we had a great trip :)

The home is in a nice quiet location and near all the places we like to go at the Cape. The downstairs was renovated and very nice. The carpet had two 2x2 areas that were cut out. There were also some old dog stains on the carpet but they had been cleaned.

Perfect choice for our crowd. Convenient location. Great ammenities. Outside shower and firepit.

This was a perfect house for our extended family of 10. Great open kitchen, dining area, family room to hang out together. Really nice deck and lovely neighborhood. Bathrooms could use some updating but overall a great place to stay!!

10 of us stayed here for 3 nights just after Christmas. The place was perfect for us, with 2 separate living room areas, a good kitchen, and 5 bedrooms accommodating all of us comfortably. The management was very responsive to questions we had. It was well located for exploring the Cape - at that time of the year, there are few people, no traffic, no parking fees, and quiet. Many restaurants are closed, but, for example, the Visitor Center of the Nat'l Seashore had excellent videos, and walking the desolate beaches was a meditative experience. We recommend it for those looking for a good place to gather around the holidays.

Wonderful way to spend the holidays!

This was a great location. Me and my few friends stayed for 2 nights to celebrate New Years and had so much fun. The place is spacious and clean. We were able to request a late checkout around 11 and the host was very responsive on any questions we had. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get away from city and spend some quality time with their loved ones.

The house was great - definitely more than enough room for our family and dog. Loved the openness of the first floor. It was easy to all be together with plenty of space. Bathrooms are a bit dated but fully functional. No complaints on the beds and having AC in each room was a plus. Nice quiet neighborhood and wooded lot so lots of privacy. We'd come back again.
