4 Min Walk to Beach and Lakefront Patio! Patio + Community Pool!

Pictures and description on web doesn't do this place any justice. This Condo is MUCH BETTER than it shows online. Beyond Cleanliness, beyond amenities and fully stocked with all the comforts of home...and then some! The owner, Bob, is very quick to respond and is very helpful. The entire facility is very well maintained and staff is very friendly. The pool was immaculate, but the beach was amazing! Sugar fine and very clean beach. The Lake-view from both upper and lower balconies is fantastic. Every nearby amenity you would ever need. I've rented many Condos in my day and this one, BY FAR, is the best value for the money. Thank You Bob, for a wonderful and long awaited vacation. You make TOP RATING in my book!

We loved our stay! Condo was very nice, roomy and clean. Short walk to the beach and the beach was very nice. Would definitely come back.

Perfect spot with everything you need! Great location and we throughly enjoyed feeding the turtles off the balcony! Great view- nice and quiet. Bonus was the umbrella and chairs were included! Loved this place!

Amazing location and probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Clean, with everything you need. The turtles right off the patio were a highlight. The only thing I would recommend is some blackout curtains for the main bedroom- they put lights along the bridge and they stay on all night, it’s lighter in that room at 3am than it is at 10am - we had to go buy some cheap sleep masks- but we would definitely book again!

Loved this townhouse and location. On beautiful lake and super close to beach, included reserved chairs and umbrella. Pool. With kiddie pool for our grand daughter was very nice. Great comms with host. Had two decks on the lake. Since a townhouse keep in mind has stairs, very manageable for us but keep in mind if any mobility issues. If bringing a toddler don’t forget to bring a booster seat, also a portacrib.

Second stay here. Enjoyed our time here. Will go back.

Been here numerous times. No reason to look for another location. Everything you need, lots of room, great beaches with quick walking access.

What an awesome place! The host was communicative, the place is spacious and near everything you need. Although it has a lot of condos around it, it was still very quiet. Pools, shuffleboard, and pickleball areas were clean and well kept. The beach is a very short walk away. This will be a place we will stay again!

Inland paradise. Incredible value. Clean, with a nice pool. Location to store was so convenient.

We love Southbay by the Gulf. This condo was just what we needed for our getaway. My niece owns a condo across parking lot from location which made location extra special.

Lake outside the patio deck and 4 minute walk to the beach. Chairs and umbrella already set up for you each day. Amazing stay. Looking forward to next trip to Destin and will be booking same rental.

We loved this spacious home for its proximity to the beach. The home was two floors and the living room was large enough for my family to hangout in. The kitchen was fully stocked. The main bedroom had a nice king size bed in it. The only downside was how bright the bedroom was in the morning; I was waking up all morning from 6am on because the blinds didn’t block the sunlight. There were plenty of towels and I loved having access to a washer and dryer. The chairs on the deck were ripped which was a bummer because the view of the lake was very pleasant. The beach service was nice and we could’ve stayed out all day on the beach and swam in the pool.

The place was more than we expected, and the host was very accommodating and helpful! Beautiful views!

We had the most amazing family vacation at this property. It was perfect! Close to everything! Our favorite was the beach & the turtles! Definitely will be staying here again next vacation!

Met all our needs. Loved the balconies where we could see the fish. Short walk to pool and beach. Private beach chairs and umbrellas. Close to the bridge where my son could fish. Would book again.

Location of this condo was amazing! Feeding the turtles off the balcony was a huge highlight of our stay. Short walk to the beach and shops and very clean which is always super important to me. If I had to complain about anything, there was a funky smell. It seemed to dissipate through our stay and the owner was very willing to have housekeeping come so I did not take off a star for it.
