4 BRM Old town Scottsdale spring training pool bar sleeps 8

We were there for a work conference. The townhouse is convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were there for spring training. It's an easy walk to Scottsdale Stadium (0.5 mile)The kitchen was well stocked. We had everything to make whatever we wanted to fix for our meals. The patio was very comfortable. Two good resturants/ bars, just up the hill, a block or two. We used the pool. It's big and was never too crowded. The place was very clean, top to bottom. We'll be looking for its availability for next year. Highly recommend. Thanks

Leak from upstairs bathroom down on to refrigerator and eventually to the floor any time sink or bath were used upstairs. Got a 100 refund but not fun having to deal with that for 5 days. Some confusion with my bill as things didn’t add up. On the phone for hours trying to figure it out but to no avail. Finally gave up. Nice unit but needs some work.

Everything was great, especially location. We enjoyed our stay - property was exactly as advertised. Only thing to improve was the shortage of regular coffee pods.

Have stayed here twice and can’t wait for the next time!

Very spacious and comfortable place walking distance to Old Town.

Was disappointed in the fact that the property was not very clean. The mirrors in the bathroom upstairs and the bedroom to the left were not clean. The sound bar by the TV looked like it had not been cleaned in months. There were 2 light bulbs out in the bedroom to the left.The downstairs looks to be in better shape then the upstairs. The bathroom upstairs definitely needs to have some attention paid to it. The base boards looked awful.The property gave us the feeling of not being very clean.

Host was incredibly responsive. Stayed with 4 guys on a golf trip. We each had our own room and the common space worked out well. It’s not super fancy but it was perfect for our needs. Good location for younger (in our 50’s) to walk to old town but our older guests (70’s and 80’s) opted for a cheap uber ride. Parking was simple and safe. Would stay here again for sure. Silly aside - the towels were very nice!

Our family picked this Scottsdale location to celebrate our youngest daughter’s 21st birthday. It was the perfect size for 8 of us. Great location for exploring downtown, golf & farmers market. Our host was available for all our needs - great communication when needed & very helpful. Easy access for check-in & check-out. Loved the outside patio area!

Very close to old town, clean, big/nice place! 4 bedrooms with bunk beds were great for kids! Thank you!!!
