Upon first arrival, Forest Trail’s beautiful exterior illustrates the newly built and gorgeous home. Surrounded by greenery, painted a bright and beachy shade, andoffering a large front porch perfect for reading a book on a warm summer night, this home is almost as gorgeous as the sunset skies that you will be seeing during your stay on IOP. A large driveway boasts parking for six cars, allowing as much family and as many friends to enjoy your vacation with you.

Entering the home, an open concept living room and kitchen area can be found to the left, both great areas for entertaining. The bright, beach-themed decorations carry on throughout the house, as well as the high-end finishes and luxurious amenities. The living room features lots of seating around a large TV, great for movie and game nights with the family, and is open to the large kitchen. With a spacious island, lots of counter space, and great lighting, this kitchen is great for any kind of cooking you will do during your stay, and the new appliances make it easy, efficient, and enjoyable. Off of the kitchen is a large screened porch, complete with tables and seating and access to the large backyard.

Located down the hall is a cozy office space, a necessity for sending those last-minute emails before your days at the beach. Additionally on the first floor is a large family dining room with seating for 8, creating a comfortable area for gathering after long days by the sea.
The first floor is also home to 1 of the 3 suites. These bedrooms all feature large King sized beds, as well as additional seating. Also, each of these rooms has a connected full bathroom, creating a relaxing, spa-like feel, great for days after lounging in the sand. Upstairs, along with the 2 other King suites, is the bunk room. Hosting 4 full sized beds, this room is perfect for kids of all ages, and also has a full connected bathroom. These rooms provide the perfect space for relaxation and rest after long days in the water.

Back downstairs and underneath the main living area, this home features an exciting hangout space, complete with a bar top table and a ping-pong table, great for entertaining. This cozy space is the perfect area to spend some time with friends and family.

Right out the back door is a large fenced-in backyard and a beautiful pool. Shaded by large oaks, this spot is a great place to spend your nights after the beach, and the cool water provides a calming escape from the warm South Carolina sun. This spa-like backyard is sure to inspire relaxation and excitement, and will definitely become your favorite place in this vacation home.

3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

    The house is gorgeous and very clean. A lot of space and beautifully decorated. Check-in was super easy. If you go in the winter like we did, just know you can not use indoor or outdoor fireplaces. Hope to come back in the summer!

    Perfect Property with a Hiccup That Was ResolvedThe house was perfect for our large group. We did experience one significant issue during our stay. On Wednesday morning (New Year’s Eve), we woke to discover the gas tank was empty—no hot water, no cooking. We notified management immediately. The response time was slower than we’d hoped, and the initial communication felt more procedural than reassuring during what was a stressful situation on a holiday morning. The gas wasn’t restored until around 2 PM, and then we discovered the hot water heater hadn’t been properly reset, requiring another service call that took about an hour.I must give special recognition to the maintenance technician who came to the house. He was exceptional—professional, apologetic, and kept us informed every step of the way. You could tell he genuinely cared about resolving our issue quickly. He was a true asset to the management company.Management provided a 200 Visa gift card which we appreciated. In the end, everything was resolved, and we were able to enjoy our holiday meal and the rest of our stay—though not being able to shower or start cooking until about 3 hours before dinner was quite stressful.The property is wonderful for large families, and despite this one challenging day, we had a fantastic time. For future guests: the house is worth it, if issues arise, they will get resolved—just be prepared to be proactive in your communication.Would definitely consider staying here again!

    My family stayed here with two other families, all with small children. The house has the perfect setup for all of us to spread out and enjoy time with one another. The location was extremely convenient and in a very nice neighborhood. Honestly nothing bad to say, we loved every second of our stay here!

    We came into town for a wedding and this house is perfect for multiple couples. Every bedroom has an attached bathroom (which are huge). We spent a lot of time around the kitchen island and loved hanging out on the back porch. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely rent this home again!

    Our small group of close friends stayed a week at this beautiful shore home. It had everything were we looking for and more! Charming, spacious and extremely well appointed, we would rate this home a 12 out of 10! The pool, yard and house were in immaculate condition on our arrival. We will absolutely be coming back for years to come.

    Pictures don’t do this place justice! Two great master suites, an amazing open floor plan on the lower level called off with a large screened in porch, beautiful pool, and downstairs entertainment area. Can’t wait to come back!

    This home was perfect for our family. It was new, clean, and very comfortable. The fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom was great. It made it very convenient for our family members with young children. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed to make our meals and enjoy them together either in the dining room or in the screened in porch. Having a pool was an enormous ‘plus’. It allowed us to extend the enjoyment of our day after returning from the beach. We look forward to staying at this property again next year.

    We stayed in Forest Trail with my family of 5 and my two nephews, the property was amazing and exceeded expectations. We had everything we needed, enjoyed the pool and patio and were a short drive to the beach in a golf cart. We have come to IOP for the past 4 years and this was by far our favorite house to rent, interacting with the property manager was easy with quick responses. Would absolutely recommend and hope to come back.

    We spent a long weekend in IOP for a wedding. This property is stunning. It was a fabulous place to gather, lounge, work and enjoy each other’s company. Well appointed, the screen porch and kitchen+family room were both big hits. The property management team was also friendly, responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
