SANDY BOTTOM HOUSE RULES

By booking this property, Guest agrees to comply with ALL house rules, HOA/community rules, and the Sandy Bottom Vacation Rental Agreement. Completion of the Rental Agreement, submission of valid government-issued photo ID, and submission of golf cart driver licenses (if applicable) are REQUIRED prior to arrival. Failure to complete required documentation may result in cancellation of the reservation or denial of access.

• Minimum booking age: 25
• Maximum occupancy: STRICTLY limited to 9 persons at ANY time (including visitors, children, and infants)
• No parties, events, unauthorized gatherings, or extra guests
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• No smoking, vaping, marijuana, cigars, or similar products anywhere on the property including patios, porches, garage, hot tub area, or golf cart
• STRICT no-pet property (service animals only where required by law/platform policy)
• Golf cart drivers must be 16+ with a valid driver’s license submitted prior to arrival
• No intoxicated golf cart operation
• Golf cart must be parked inside garage overnight
• No street parking
• No trailers, RVs, campers, or oversized vehicles without written approval
• ONLY toilet paper may be flushed — absolutely NO wipes, feminine products, grease, food scraps, sand, plastics, or other prohibited materials
• Do not pour grease or food waste down sinks/disposal
• No fireworks, sparklers, explosives, or unauthorized open flames
• Adult supervision required for fire pit and all minors using hot tub or recreational equipment
• No air mattresses, additional mattresses, or sleeping on sofas/couches
• Furniture may not be moved or rearranged
• Bikes, beach carts, coolers, and sandy/wet gear must remain in garage areas only — not inside home
• Rinse sand off before entering home or hot tub
• No self-tanner, spray tan, hair dye, fabric dye, glitter, confetti, smoke bombs, or staining products due to white furnishings/linens
• Tampering with security, Wi-Fi, monitoring, or smart home systems is prohibited
• Guests are financially responsible for damages, excessive cleaning, HOA fines, golf cart damage, septic/plumbing damage, smoking remediation, unauthorized pets, and policy violations

Sandy Bottom is located within a family-oriented HOA beach community. Please be respectful of neighbors, community amenities, wildlife, and surrounding properties.
