This house was perfect for our family to stay for my son's wedding. The owner was amazing from the start - anticipated any need, so communicative and supportive. I was truly blown away and appreciative, especially during a stressful yet joyous time. He made it very easy and the house was the perfect location, each room was perfect for each couple - truly the only house that had the number of bedrooms and king beds. THANK YOU!

Bob was an amazing host! He was quick to respond to my questions. The house was great - a complete kitchen with all the extra pots/plates/coffee pods/dish rags you could ask for. Living room with videos and charging port. Bob supplied water bottles and lots of extra towels. Bedrooms are divided - 3 on one end of the house and a master with large bathroom at the other end. We travelled with an older person and the ease of one story was perfect. The neighborhood was settled and quiet. Groceries less than 10 min. away.We stayed 4 nights (wedding weekend) and were very pleased. Thanks for being a great host Bob :)

We stayed three nights for U of A graduation and it was an ideal set-up and location. Bob is an awesome host and great communicator. The house is stocked with coffee, cream, pots, pans, linens and extras. The outside space is nice for relaxing. I highly recommend Bob’s house!!

Great home in a great location. Walking distance to parks and a fabulous coffee shop. Home has absolutely anything you could need. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.

House was spacious, kitchen was fully equipped with all you need including a great selection of coffee and water. Bedrooms had plenty of blankets and towels. We enjoyed the big deck. Host was very nice and accommodating. He ensured we had enough keys and everything we needed. Master bath has been remodeled; very nice. Great for our family get together. Quick drive to campus and downtown.

House was very clean and anything that you may need was available. Enough parking for several cars. Shops are close by.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It must have been the best stocked short term rental we have ever stayed in. It was very clean and so comfortable for our multi generation group. The owner was super helpful and very quick communication. There was a bad ice storm out originally scheduled weekend and he was very helpful in rescheduling our trip for another available weekend. Super customer service. Not to mention the location is very convenient. Looking forward to returning.

We had absolutely everything we needed for our visit. Bob was very accommodating, communication was fantastic, house was very clean and neighbors were welcoming. We felt right at home. My husband, my parents and my in-laws all agreed that if we ever visit Fayetteville again we would reach out to Bob for a rental. Thank you for everything and for making our trip a memorable one.

The house was very well stocked with anything we could’ve needed. Bob was great to communicate with and was super helpful! The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood, but less than 1 mile to miniature golf, and restaurants and shopping. Great location for our baseball tournament.
