What a wonderful place to stay! This adorably decorated home had everything we needed to feel comfortable. I always appreciate extra, thoughtful touches like plentiful hooks for towels in the bathroom, spots to place luggage and coffee making options -- and this one has it all! Even a thoughtful welcome note and bottle of wine to kick off our vacation!

It was a really clean and spacious and conveniently located home. We loved having our own rooms.

This property was clean and had lots of amenities. Even though it is on the smaller size, it felt roomy and was nicely laid out. The property owners provided enough start up goods that we really didn’t need run out and get anything for our weekend stay. They also left us a welcome card and bottle of wine which was a nice touch. It was close to beaches, parks, and lots of cute restaurants. My only regret is that we didn’t have more time to explore!

Great, family friendly house! The house was clean and perfect for our stay. We loved the outside area, fire pit for s’more making was wonderful. Very happy about all of the awesome restaurants and the beaches that were so close by. Would definitely recommend to others!

Loved everything about staying here. Beautiful house, plenty to do in the area, owners were so nice and helpful, even providing a welcome packet :) My kids didn't want to leave (and neither did I!)

This property met all our needs. My wife and I stayed with three grandchildren. It was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, ample room for five. Easy TV access, effective cooling system downstairs, ceiling fans in living room and queen bedroom. Seven minutes from Silver Beach, our main attraction. Ryan responded to all communications quickly. Two coffee makers (drip and Keurig). The kids stayed in the bedrooms upstairs. Enjoyed the back porch/deck in the mornings. There's a basket of beach equipment in the backyard, the kids had a blast taking the three boogie boards to the beach. Very nice fire pit in back but we couldn't use it due to the weather. We really appreciated Ryan giving us a late checkout. Overall a wonderful stay. Two things that could be improved: a light over the bathroom sink, and a less-noisy window air conditioner upstairs.

We had an awesome time on our trip. This place was perfect for the 4 of us, which each having their own bedroom. Highly recommend.

We had such a great time! We LOVE St. Joes & this house was a dream! First of all, it’s so cute! The decor is adorable, very beach and vacationy. The house had everything we needed. We have 3 young kids, two still in pack n plays and one newly in a “big bed.” This house for our needs perfectly! The twins slept in one of the upstairs rooms, there was more than enough room for two pack n plays and our other slept in a twin bed in the other upstairs room. We were very comfy in the master and there was a 4th bedroom that we didn’t even use as a family of 5! The bathroom was really nice. Great shower pressure, great for a bathtub for the kids + LOTS of bath towels & beach towels! The kitchen and living room were both spacious and welcoming. There’s a fenced in very private feeling backyard and back deck. We definitely plan on staying here again! The location was awesome. Such a short drive to everything and super convenient. We went to silver beach, Triscornia beach, and Rocky Gap Beach. Rocky gap is less than 3 minutes from the house! We also went the Shafer Farm LLC (about 20 minutes away) to go apple picking and loved it. Highly recommend Silver Beach Pizza and Silver Harbor Brewery while you’re in town. The hosts were so welcoming and had great communication. We had one question and they texted us back right away. They made us feel more than at home and left us a very sweet card and gift! 10/10 recommend staying here! We can’t wait to come back!

We love our week away at the beach each summer and the cottage was a perfect place close to the beaches of the shopping. Great little backyard, comfy beds. Everything we needed will definitely book again.

My sisters and I had an amazing stay here! The house is cozy and had everything we needed for a 3 day stay. Very clean, nice back yard and patio, and fun beach decor. Close to beaches and shopping. Communication with host was excellent before booking and during our stay. Would stay here again if in the area.

This was the perfect place for our celebration. They let us check in early, the house was absolutely adorable and very clean. They left us a special note letting us know how welcomed we were to their home. They also left us a complimentary bottle of wine. This house had everything we needed; bottles of shampoo & conditioner, plenty of towels, yard games, bug repellents, marshmallow skewers, nice private backyard with a grill, fully stocked kitchen, fans for each bedroom and more. They have thought of everything. This home was also located close to everything. Would definitely book this home again.

My family and I traveled from Kentucky and Missouri, to Chicago for the night and on up into Benton Harbor, Michigan for 2 nights. We enjoyed exploring a new place. St. Joseph was adorable, we had a perfect beach day. While there, we visited the shops, stores and restaurants in the area. The home was adorable and suited us perfectly. Everything was clean. Check in was a breeze. Beds were comfy. We grilled some store bought fresh fish on the gas grill. Appliances were clean and looked brand new! Plenty of dishes and utensils. We would love to come back when we have more time! We loved it!
