Stayed May 6, 2026The house has potential, but several maintenance and upkeep issues affected our stay. The home was warm and musty on arrival due to the AC settings, there were a few dock and bathroom maintenance issues, and the kitchen was not fully stocked for the number of guests. Overall, the property needs better preparation and maintenance before check-in.

Stayed Mar 19, 2026This is our second year staying in the house. The setup is great and it works well for our family. It could use some TLC, but that doesn’t affect the stay. I really appreciate that they are willing to do more than Saturday to Saturday as most others do in KCB. That makes it very worthwhile for us!

Stayed Jun 21, 2025Beautiful, clean home with a pool on the water. I was worried with it being a duplex, but privacy was not a problem. Even outside, there was a privacy wall. We had everything we needed. If I had any suggestions, it would be that maybe the mattress could be upgraded. I would definitely rent this home again. It was great for my family of eight - mostly adults.

Stayed May 30, 2025Great location in Marathon for boating and close to restaurants. The house has plenty of room, updates are evident and everything worked great. 2 story layout was fine for us. It’s nice having the swimming pool to relax in after boating and fishing. Host responded to questions. Can’t wait to visit again.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025The house is a nice place and George, the maintenance person, is kind and responsive. The key wasn't in the lockbox, but George answered and told me how to get in. The linens in the master bedroom leave a lot to be desired; they seem to be from the 80s. The yellow bedspread shown in the pics wasn't on the bed, but it was in the closet to use, and it was badly stained. The kitchen was missing quite a bit, but George took care of us and got the things we needed. Location is great and we would stay there again.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024We had a wonderful week together in the Keys at this fabulous house! Loved the pool, location, dock etc. plenty of space, bathrooms and it worked out perfectly.
