    Overall the house has a very good location and the house itself was as described in the ads, clean and very functional and modern. The biggest problem we had with the house was that the pool was green for 3 1/2 days of the 7 we stayed there. This was after daily communications with the property manager.

    Our stay in this immaculately clean property was fantastic! The layout of this home is really smart. Each room is situated with maximum privacy. The main living & kitchen flow openly and are on the main floor with all but one bedroom on top floor. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the back property has nice privacy along the canal. This home is at the very end of the canal with a great dock. Our biggest issue was having to drive everywhere. It is not walking distance from anything except Coco Plum beach which our teens (sadly) did not care to frequent. Looking on the map before renting everything looks so close, but it is not. Construction noise from adjacent properties was a constant, but that seems to be the case in all of Marathon, so no biggie there. Marathon is ideally situated among the Keys for day trips up and down the Keys (Midway between Bahia Honda, Curry Hammock, Long Island State Parks). Management company were totally on top of communications and responsive to our few needs. We look forward to working with them again some day.

    Property was great, location great. Reservation and check in great. What wasnt great was the construction next door 7 days a week for 10-11 hours per day, loud, grinding sawing, music, beeping etc. Ruined the experience. Wish PM would have be more clear about this issue vs a general “neighborhood “ statment.
