4 Bedroom Spacious Nantucket House with Pool - Walking Distance to Town

The home was beautiful. Spacious. Quiet. Kitchen is huge Tons of space. We were 8 and very comfortable. Host was delightful kind and helpful up to and including our stay. Pool a huge plus. Close to town.

The house was perfect for our three adult couples. It had everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all spacious and comfortable. Easy walk to town. Pool was a great addition. Sharon and Noah were available to answer questions and provide guidance. Will definitely be back!!

Great home for a family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! Location was perfect for walking to downtown or driving to the beaches, grocery, etc. Pool was perfect for our kids, and the house was stocked with beach chairs, bikes, and toys. Would absolutely stay again!

This house was a perfect spot for our recent trip to Nantucket. We stayed with a few other couples and our infant/young toddler children. The house was modern but cozy and inviting. It was also extremely well equipped, comfortable, and clean. Everyone having their own en suite bathroom was incredibly useful and there isn’t a single kitchen item or piece of equipment that was unavailable. The location was also perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and not busy, but also easily walkable to downtown and driving to most places was very quick. The pool, pool house, and deck were also fantastic and got lots of use. The pool is even heated if you were going to be using it later in the season. The property manager Noah was also very kind and extremely responsive. We all raved about this house and would 100% rent from them again.

We loved this house. To start off - the location is great. Easy walk to town, easy access to mid-island stores, Surfside beaches and Bartlett/Cisco. The house was spacious with 3 levels of living and a spacious deck that was great for morning coffee. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for breakfasts and prepping lunches. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows and the bathrooms were beautiful and functional. The property manager was responsive and helpful. We cannot wait to stay here again!

I have been to Nantucket several times, and found this to be a great location/easy walk into town (10 mins). The house was well appropriated with everything we needed to grill out, explore the island with bikes, and relax. There was a heated pool available which was also a great addition. The location was very quiet and felt private. The owner and caretaker were very attentive to questions and quick to follow up. I would highly recommend this for your next stay!

Three generations of our family stayed in this house for 5 days in mid-October. The four bedrooms are large, and each has its own bathroom. The family room is bright and inviting. The large kitchen is well equipped. The heated pool was a treat for all of us. And the location offered us peace and quiet while giving us easy access to town, the south shore beaches, Stop & Shop, Cisco Brewery, 167 Fish Store, and even the hospital.

We were really happy with the property, the location, the condition & the management. Really nice people & a really nice house. Great Experience!
