Fun stay

We had an amazing stay here! Our large group had so much space and it was nice to have plenty of beds for everyone. The view is great and the house offers a lot of amenities like the grill and fire pit. We used the beautiful pool in the neighborhood and the area was safe and pretty quiet.

Very nice place

John was great to communicate with from the jump. He even extended early check in to our group knowing we were traveling from all over to get there. Unfortunately, the family that stayed right before us was very hard on all the furniture and we found several pieces that were broken. Adequate space, older home but the whole subdivision is from the 70s, so we expected some rustic elements, but there were def both cosmetic and maintenance issues that needed to be addressed (mostly living room/ kitchen furniture) Good for the price and the view of the lake from the deck was incredible! We def recommend the Golf Cart, and the amenities at Margaritaville are a huge plus! Overall, amazing memories and tons of space for large Groups to spread out!

Overall the location is good, many of us did not get much sleep as the lights throughout the house would come on without anyone flipping a switch. Lights and fans would turn on randomly throughout the day, often waking us up at 2 or 4 in the morning. The house would be great if it was updated/renovated. Many things were broken, dirty, dusty, or didn't work. Messaged the host to fix an A/C unit that wasn't working, he came over to fix it and while we pointed other things out that needed fixing we didn't expect to have to have things fixed during our stay. When you schedule a vacation rental you want it to feel like a vacation instead of having to call for things to get fixed. John (Owner) seemed nice but the house needs major improvements and things needed to be cleaned properly.

Everything was great except the light in the front bedroom kept coming on both nights.

We stayed at this classic Ozark house for my 30th birthday with a group of friends, mostly couples. The amount of beds and bathrooms were perfect for our group. Comfortable beds and with an a/c unit in almost every room we were all content. The kitchen and deck gave us all we needed for time together.
