The coastal promenade of the Bay of Alcudia runs directly in front of the house invites you to beautiful walks or bike rides. Restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities can be found in the immediate vicinity. In high summer there is a lively atmosphere, but outside the season it is much more leisurely and this popular place becomes predominantly also a hotspot for sporty holidaymakers. The Can Picafort area is popular with cyclists, but also hikers, water sports enthusiasts and horseback riding enthusiasts. This vacation home is ideally located and a rental car is therefore not essential, as you can also reach the stores, restaurants, cafes and the beach on foot.

Plenty of space for six people in a lovely location. Not too close to the nightlife to be very noisy but easy walking distance to the centre and also to quieter restaurants and bars.
